Desalination processes are considered an essential solution to meet the water scarcity in Jordan. Among the desalination techniques, the multistage flash (MSF) desalination technique has a significant contribution to water budget in many regions around the world. In this paper, MSF with a mixing brine desalination plant was proposed in Aqaba city of Jordan. The plant will consume 5 MW power to produce about 74 Kg/s of freshwater. Different designs are studied to determine the most appropriate design. Also, the effect of feed sea water flow rate, heating steam flow rate and number of stages on the plant performance were evaluated. The optimum layout consists of 24 stages with 3.6 m width, 2.6 m length, and with a recycled brine flow rate of about 651 Kg/s. The expected plant performance is 9.6.

The practice of Corruption has been prevented and eradicated along with the development of the ideology of new liberalism (neoliberalism) which seems increasingly difficult to avoid and control. This study aims to analyze the evolution of eradicating Corruption and the development of unstoppable neoliberalism movement. This study uses normative methods (legal research) with short cases and conceptual approaches. The two issues above are a big problem in our country because no matter how strong the prevention and eradication efforts are carried out, it turns out case by case that proves the existence of acute "immunity" from these two diseases, so it needs an "effective" therapy to deal with it. Pancasila became one antidote to inhibit the breeding of two of the above diseases. Like cancer cells, the family is the primary key to the goal of preventing the spread of this disease. Therefore, efforts to isolate the family from the contamination of the two conditions above are an essential solution.

Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) is an effective approach to solve the urban traffic problems, by analyzing and assessing the impact of the new development to the peripheral traffic generation and the inherent relationship between land use and its current traffic condition. Based on the experience from foreign literature review, this paper first discusses the necessity of introduction TIA to China, and then compares the relationships between (1) TIA and city transportation planning (CTP) and (2) the basic methodology and standards of TIA. From a systematic perspective, this paper introduces the main content of TIA, and finally objective conclusions are drawn. This study indicates that TIA is the essential solution to prevent conflict between new development and new development interregional traffic generation. The findings of this paper would promote both the research of introduction TIA to China and furthermore the implementation of TIA.
