Abstract The kinematic accuracy of cylindrical rollers bearing isn’t only influenced by the dimensional and form precision of its parts, but also more influenced by the cooperation among them. For cylindrical rollers bearing, the main indices of the kinematic accuracy are the ending beat and the radial run out of bearings. There must be dependent relationship between the cooperative action among the parts of bearings and the ending beat or the radial run out of bearings. This relationship is hardly expressed by mathematical formula. However, because the parts dimension deviation and the run out of bearings follow statistic law and have their distribution characteristics, while the copula joint distribution function can connect the run out of bearings with multiple parts dimension accuracy, the copula function is introduced to analyze the dependent relationship between bearing parts cooperative action and its kinematic accuracy. Based on the copula function of statistic theory, the kinematic accuracy of bearings can be forecast by parts geometric accuracy.



The attempt of interpretation of high-viscous block, which is formed into the pipelines when surrounding temperature lowered, by the main equations of statistic theory of colloid chemical balance.

The estimation of structural robustness remains one of the most important stages of the design of structural systems. Recommended design strategies for the robustness assessment are based on the provisions specified in the actual EN 1991-1-7 and ISO 2394:2015. Currently, the EN 1991-1-7 and ISO2394:2015 allows the use of indirect tie-force method, but normally, non-linear pseudo-static analysis is widely used, because it is based on more realistic constitutive relations for basic variables, which enables a simulation of the real structural behaviour. Implementation of the non-linear pseudo-static analysis for the assessment of a structural system in accidental design situations requires to adopt a different approach to safety format. The paper presents an innovative approach to safety format calibration for non-linear analysis of RC-structures subjected to accidental loads. The proposed method of the robustness estimation is based on the joint energy-saving (conversion) approach and the full probabilistic method for the estimation of a safety format for pseudo-static non-linear response of modified (damaged) structural system. The proposed probabilistic considerations are based on the Order Statistic Theory.

In this paper, the time series prediction is as a measure. At the same time, the optimal combination forecast using each method can be defined as the actual impact measurement value of true. Effect of its theoretical estimation has error correlation coefficient values. The optimal weighted linear combination is the theoretical prediction which can be proved, also, simple averaging method is linear combination forecasting optimal weights. Especially, based on the robust statistic theory, the mathematical derivation and numerical tests on the superiority is simple.

In the general reliability analysis of series systems, the components which compose the system are assumed independent of each other. However, for most mechanical series systems, dependent failure is their common feature. If neglecting dependent failures where CCF(Common Cause Failure) plays an important role, it will lead to considerable errors or even misleading conclusions. In this article, the concept of series chain model is put forward in consideration of the CCF. By using the load—strength interference model, the order statistic theory and the knowledge of statistical distribution, the author develops a specific method to evaluate the reliability of series systems under exponential distribution. In the last part, by using Monte Carlo simulation, a group of specific data are given to verify the series chain model and compare the two different series system model. The results show that the reliability calculation under the classic series model is relatively conservative, while the reliability calculation under the series chain model is convincing. And thus, the series chain model is more applicable in engineering.

There was studied the percussive interaction of bodies rotation on transport lines of medicaments’ bottling on inclined conveyers. There were determined and substantiated the analytical dependences for finding out the maximum meanings of raprochement of different speeds of conveyer’s motion and glass packages type and size. There was shown that the typical time of determination of contact deformations by the statistic elasticity (Herts’ sum) is less than the typical time of interaction of glass packages, that confirms the usage correctness of statistic theory

Coal mining is an integrated trade which involves the geology, well ventilated, transportation, electricity and environmental protection and so on. The mining industry has labor intensity, bad work condition, many harm factors. Each kind of virulent noxious gas, coal dust, fire, electromechanical device are all immediate danger to operate personnel's safety and healthy. Well-balanced and suitable ventilation is the postulate to keep the health of underground worker and the safety of the production. We take air quantity of laneway as the research emphasis, considering the release of state regulations on coal min. We figure out the optimum area of air quantity via building the optimization programming model, and realize an actual case study to interpret the process of the probabilistic risk analysis (PRA) with statistic theory. We take the theory to the actual production. We establish a MIS base on the theory. In the process of establishing the system, we use the object-oriented analysis method and the B/S structure, take JAVA as the development kit, and realize the risk analysis system. Then the risk manager can take the corresponding monitoring measure.

Text representation is the prerequisite of various document processing tasks, such as information retrieval, text classification, text clustering, etc. It has been studied intensively for the past few years, and many excellent models have been designed as well. However, the performance of these models is affected by the problem of data sparseness. Existing smoothing techniques usually make use of statistic theory or linguistic information to assign a uniform distribution to absent words. They do not concern the real word distribution or distinguish between words. In this chapter, a method based on a kind of soft computing theory, Tolerance Rough Set theory, which makes use of upper approximation and lower approximation theory in Rough Set to assign different values for absent words in different approximation regions, is proposed. Theoretically, our algorithms can estimate smoothing value for absent words according to their relation with respect to existing words. Text classification experiments by using Vector Space Model (VSM) and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model on public corpora have shown that our algorithms greatly improve the performance of text representation model, especially for the performance of unbalanced corpus.
