CONCEPTS FOR THE FORMATION OF PROGRAMME AND ENTERTAINMENT PARKS

This article examines the largest amusement parks, attracting many visitors of different ages and investors. The concepts of the formation of Disney parks, as well as the solution of regional identity in them on the examples of the USA, France and China are given. The characteristics of architectural and planning solutions in miniature parks from the earliest, Madurodam, to the most famous mini-parks franchise, Legoland, are described. The main principles of architectural and design solutions for programme and amusement parks are revealed.

PRE-PROJECT ANALYSIS OF WATERBANK AREAS

This article examines the experience of pre-design analysis for the architectural and planning organization of the coastal areas of the cities of Kazakhstan in order to identify the problems and the most effective methods for eliminating them and improving the quality of the environment. The results of a sociological survey of the population and a field survey are presented.

THE PROBLEM OF INTERACTION OF A MODERN CITY AND TEMPORARY ECOLOGICAL VILLAGE IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL ECOLOGICAL DISASTERS

The modern technogenic civilization is faced with global problems in the form of a threat to the further development of mankind. In connection with the critical situation, the principle of sustainable urban development was put forward as the main form of population settlement at this historical stage. The authors identified the problem of organizing temporary ecovillages to overcome the pandemic, and in general - to compensate for the lack of a clean ecological environment in relation to urban residents.

METHOD OF HARDENING OF NON-RIGID ROAD CLOTHES

The article discusses the method of strengthening the subgrade and non-rigid road pavements, in areas with weak soils. The use of geosynthetic materials has a positive effect on the condition of the roadbed and pavement, especially in the conditions of the increased traffic load in recent years. The work performed allows us to reduce the cost of operating highways since the construction of the pavement will last longer when used in the difficult natural and climatic conditions of our country.

STUDIES OF THE STRESS-STRAIN STATE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAMS REINFORCED WITH CARBON FIBER

The article examines field studies of reinforced concrete beams, fracture schemes, and the nature of the formation, development of cracks in reinforced concrete elements. Modeling the stress-strain state of reinforced concrete beams in the ANSYS software and computational complex, comparing the results of field and numerical studies. A method of finite element modeling of beams reinforced with fiber plastics (carbon fiber reinforced plastics) is proposed. A comparison of fracturing schemes obtained as a result of numerical simulation is presented.

SAKEN NARYNOV’S ARTWORKS: THE SYMBIOSIS OF ARCHITECTURE AND TOPOLOGICAL EXPERIMENTS

The works of Kazakh architect Saken Narynov attract researchers from various countries due to their innovative features. His works divided into three groups: topological experiments; public and residential buildings; futuristic projects. The article is based on the study of scientific papers, conversations with the architect, as well as design and graphic documents from the master’s archive. The analysis S. Narynov’s works allows to identify new directions in the modern regional architecture of Kazakhstan.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC ASPECT AS A FACTOR DETERMINING THE ARCHITECTURAL AND PLANNING STRUCTURE OF RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES

The article analyzes the significance of socio-economic factors in the architectural and planning organization of residential complexes. The study uses statistical data and a sociological survey of the population to determine the main uncomfortable conditions and the necessary needs of the population in the formation of a comfortable architectural environment. As a result of processing the data obtained, various social groups and their preferences are formed.

APPLICATION OF LANDSCAPE-GEOCHEMICAL APPROACH IN THE STUDY OF THE TERRITORY OF THE NORTH KAZAKHSTAN REGION

The article discusses the issues of assessing the ecological condition of agricultural lands in the border territory of the North Kazakhstan region and identifying the necessary measures to optimize the existing structure of land use. The border area under study is located in the zone of dry-steppe and steppe landscapes, among which dry-steppe landscapes of relatively elevated plains predominate.

HIGH-DENSЕ LOW-RISE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT: BASIC RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUCCESSFUL EXAMPLES

This article discusses the typology of low-rise residential development and the possibility of forming a diverse and multifaceted urban environment. Its urban planning, architectural design, and compositional potential are investigated. In addition to studying the main characteristics of this type of housing, the study focuses on analyzing the benefits of introducing private open spaces, which are recognized as one of the main elements of low-rise, high-density housing.

BUILDING OF THE INTEGRATED DISTRIBUTED INFORMATION SYSTEMS SUPPORTING SCIENTIFICALLY-EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY
