In the article, in order to eliminate of the corrosion process, a universal bactericidal inhibitor was developed, based on the condensation products of aminoethylethanolamine and fatty acids. The bactericidal properties of the developed inhibitor were investigated. In wells operated on offshore platforms of O.G.E.O. on May 28, SOCSR carried out chemical and microbiological analysis of formation waters. The number of bactericidal cells of the investigated inhibitor and their vital activity indicate the bactericidal effect of its organizing advantage. The topic posed in this article is topical and has great theoretical and practical importance. An inhibiting composition has been developed, obtained on the basis of processing the residue of condensation products of aminoethylethanolamine and fatty acids, which have high inhibitory properties in model solutions. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of this inhibitor have been determined. The inhibiting properties of the composition of the new series, moreover, with a different composition in hydrogen sulfide media of oil fields of formation waters, imitating siphate-reducing bacteria, with respect to the bactericidal effect, have been established. Catalysts for upgrading of the straight-run gasoline fraction of oil were prepared on the basis of a ZSM‑5 zeolite via dry mechanical mixing with an ultrafine rhenium powder. It was shown how the structural and acidic characteristics of zeolite ZSM‑5 changed when it was modified with rhenium. The concentration and nature of carbon condensation products formed on the prepared catalysts during the processing of straight--run gasoline have been determined. An enhancement of operating efficiency of rhenium--containing zeolite catalysts in comparison with an unmodified zeolite was established, which consisted in increasing their capacity and reducing the rate of deactivation in the process under study

Sulphadiazine and their copper metal complexes are dexterous ligands, which are condensation products of primary amines with carbonyl compounds gaining importance day by day in the present scenario. Spectral characterization and examination of the potential antimicrobial and antioxidant activity of the synthesized complex were performed. The imine Cu(II) complex is characterized by FTIR and UV/Vis spectroscopy. The Stoichiometric M:L ratio was determined by Joe and Jones method. These compounds and their copper metal complex are very important in various biological systems and their medicinal and pharmaceutical fields. Schiff foundations show beneficial natural functions such as anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antimicrobial, anticonvulsant, antitubercular, anticancer, antioxidant, anthelmintic, and antiglycation. The present review summarizes information on the diverse biological activities and also highlights the recently synthesized numerous Schiff bases and their metal complex  as potential bioactive core.

AbstractThe condensation reaction of lignin is believed to interfere with delignification in alkaline pulping processes, without any clear evidence, which has motivated us to quantitatively revisit it. This paper is the first of a series, and hence we employed the simplest model system using 4-hydroxymethyl-2-methoxyphenol (vanillyl alcohol, Va) and 2-methoxy-4-methylphenol (creosol, Cr) under soda cooking conditions. The α-5-type condensation product between these compounds [VaCr, 2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)-6-methoxy-4-methylphenol] was identified and quantified as exclusive. VaCr was yielded with a mole amount of 24%, 46%, 62%, or 72% based on that of disappearing Va at a reaction time of 120 min when the ratio of the initial concentration of Cr to that of Va was 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, or 7.5, respectively. These yields and an HPLC analysis of the reaction solution obtained by a treatment of Va as the sole compound under the same soda cooking conditions suggested the formation of self-condensation products of Va even in the treatments containing Cr. The obtained results comprehensively suggested that the self-condensation of Va progresses more readily than the condensation between Va and Cr. The factors behind this will be the topic of our next paper.
