Topic keyword extraction (as a typical task in information retrieval) refers to extracting the core keywords from document topics. In an online environment, students often post comments in subject forums. The automatic and accurate extraction of keywords from these comments are beneficial to lecturers (particular when it comes to repeatedly delivered subjects). In this paper, we compare the performance of traditional machine learning algorithms and two deep learning methods in extracting topic keywords from student comments posted in subject forums. For this purpose, we collected student comment data from a period of two years, manually tagging part of the raw data for our experiments. Based on this dataset, we comprehensively compared the five typical algorithms of naïve Bayes, logistic regression, support vector machine, convolutional neural networks, and Long Short-Term Memory with Attention (Att-LSTM). The performances were measured by the four evaluation metrics. We further examined the keywords by visualization. From the results of our experiment and visualization, we conclude that the Att-LSTM method is the best approach for topic keyword extraction from student comments. Further, the results from the algorithms and visualization are symmetry, to some degree. In particular, the extracted topics from the comments posted at the same stages of different teaching sessions are, almost, reflection symmetry.

This research intent to know student comment reality to  active learning's strategy type  crossword puzzle,  students learned motivation and relationship among student comment to active learning's strategy type  crossword puzzle . Method that is utilized in this research is descriptive method. Its data collecting tech utilizes questionnaire, observation and interview with respondent as much 31 students.  analisis's result data points out that student comment reality to active learning's strategy type  crossword puzzle  including very tall category. It bases acquired average value 4,31 one lie on interval 4,20 – 5,00. Meanwhile motivation reality studies student on social science subject comprises very tall category too. Base acquired average value 4,57 one lie on interval 4,20 – 5,00. There is relationship even among variable x to variable y. which comes under adequately with gotten by correlation coefficient price as big as 0,53 one lie on interval 0,40 - 0,59. Hereafter usufructs hypothesis quiz gotten by price t computing  (3,15) > t table (1,699). Zero hypothesis thus (Ho) refused and alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted, There is rate even variable influence x to variable y. as big as 15%. So still available 85% again factor ektern and intern any other that gets to regard student studying motivation on social science subject .   Keyword: Strategi active learning  typecrossword puzzle,  motivation, social science, communications technology developing   Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui realitas tanggapan siswa terhadap strategi active learning tipe crossword puzzle, motivasi belajar siswa dan hubungan antara tanggapan siswa terhadap strategi active learning tipe crossword puzzle. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan angket, observasi dan wawancara dengan responden sebanyak 31 orang siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa realitas tanggapan siswa terhadap strategi active learning tipe crossword puzzle termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Hal ini berdasarkan nilai rata-rata diperoleh 4,31 yang berada pada interval 4,20 – 5,00.Sedangkan realitas motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosialtermasuk kategori sangat tinggi pula. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata diperoleh 4,57 yang berada pada interval 4,20 – 5,00. Adapun hubungan antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y yang tergolong cukup dengan diperoleh harga koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,53 yang berada pada interval 0,40-0,59. Selanjutnya hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh harga thitung (3,15) > ttabel (1,699). Dengan demikian hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, Adapun kadar pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y sebesar 15%. Jadi masih terdapat 85% lagi faktor ektern dan intern lain yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial.   Kata kunci : Strategi active learning tipe crossword puzzle, motivasi, ilmu pengetahuan sosial, perkembangan teknologi komunikasi

Trümmerfilme (“rubble films”) provide a first-hand, although cinematographic, view of postwar Germany. They depict the myriad of postwar living conditions and day-to-day problems. The German word Vergangenheitsbewältigung means “the process of dealing with the past.” This term captures the film directors' respective approaches to depicting the past as a process rather than a single act. The Trümmerfilme are essential for anyone studying the postwar period. Although the films do not provide a complete or uniform approach, they provide numerous insights into the predominant problems faced by Germans during the immediate postwar period. Through the depiction of these social conditions, the films provide insight into the origin of the Basic Law's commitment to the Sozialstaat.
