The article presents a short issue on the distribution of Thalictrum L. in the flora o Precarpathian region. The introductional pecularities of Thalictrum flaum L., Thalictrum aquilegifolium L., Thalictrum minus L., та Thal- ictrum simplex L. on the collection sites of the dendrological park “Druzhba” are revealed. Examples of phenophases of ontogenesis of species in soil and climatic conditions of the dendropark, their adaptation to new growing conditions under the influence of cultivation and care of plants are given. It is shown how it affects the appearance of populations of all species, their height, features of growth of individuals, flowering, fruiting. A brief description of the medicinal properties of some species and their decorative value is given.

The aim of the present work was to continue studies on the alkaloid content of the minus and identifying major alkaloids of the above ground parts of Th. minus of Iranian origin. Thalictrum minus population of Iran, contained two major phenanthrene alkaloids that their structure were established by spectral methods. Thaliglucine has been detected for the first time in the minus. Thaliglucine N-oxide is assumed to be a new phenanthrene N-oxide.

The genus Thalictrum species (Ranunculaceae) are of interest for study as medicinal plants that are promising for expanding the gene pool and treating socially significant diseases. The data of the analysis of more than 100 geobotanical descriptions obtained in 2010-2017 were used to study the coenotic complexes of Thalictrum minus and Thalictrum simplex growing in Tomsk region and to determine their ecological-coenotic confinement. The aim of our research was to study the species of the genus Thalictrum growing in Tomsk region, their distribution and use in medicine, to investigate the coenotic complex, and to determine the ecological-coenotic confinement of Thalictrum minus L. and Thalictrum simplex L. growing in Tomsk region. The coenotic complex of Thalictrum minus includes 146 species. Thalictrum minus is the reserve of raw materials of Category II, which are identified in species confined to coenoses of different synanthropic degree, where they grow abundantly. The coenotic complex of Thalictrum simplex in Tomsk region includes 62 species. Thalictrum simplex is the reserve of raw materials of Category II.

The study of phytocoenotic diversity of oak and oak-hornbeam forests of the lower part of the forest belt in the Belaya river basin (Western Caucasus) was performed using the Braun-Blanquet approach. Five floristically different groups of releves were identified based on quantitative classification (Ward's method, Jaccard Distance Measure). An association rank was established for each group. According to the results of comparative syntaxonomic analysis, three associations of moderately masic oak and oak-hornbeam forests - Geranio sanguinei-Quercetum petraeae ass. nova hoc loco (diagnostic species: Pinus sylvestris, Calamagrostis arundinacea, Rhododendron luteum, Geranium sanguineum, Vaccinium arctostaphylos), Inulo salicinae-Quercetum petraeae ass. nova hoc loco (diagnostic species: Brachypodium pinnatum, Inula salicina, Dorycnium graecum, Laser trilobum, Trifolium medium, Viola alba, Stachys officinalis, Pyrethrum poteriifolium, Phleum phleoides, Teucrium chamaedrys, Genista patula) and Acero tatarici-Carpinetum betuli ass. nova hoc loco (diagnostic species: Phalacroloma annuum, Thalictrum minus, Torilis japonica, Prunus divaricata, Physalis alkekengi, Lamium maculatum, Acer tataricum) were included in the alliance Crataego-Carpinion Passarge 1981, order Lathyro-Carpinetalia Passarge 1981, class Carpino-Fagetea Jakucs et Passarge 1968. The correct syntaxonomic position of two associations of mesic hornbeam and oak-hornbeam forests - Dryopterido filicis-maris-Carpinetum betuli ass. nova hoc loco (diagnostic species: Dryopteris filix-mas, Circaea lutetiana, Aegopodium podagraria, Paris incompleta, Abies nordmanniana, Impatiens noli-tangere, Festuca gigantean, Symphytum grandiflorum, Dipsacus pilosus, Aconitum orientale, Asperula caucasica, Moehringia trinervia, Polygonatum orientale) and Vincetoxico scandentis-Carpinetum betuli ass. nova hoc loco (diagnostic species: Viola hirta, Vincetoxicum scandens, Ligustrum vulgare, Lathyrus vernus, Polygonatum multiflorum, Rubus caucasicus, Euphorbia squamosa) has not been determined, however their relations to beech and beech-hornbeam forests of the order Rhododendro-Fagetalia orientalis Passarge 1981 were noted. The described associations of oak-hornbeam forests correspond to the regional ecological series of communities along the moisture gradient.

Analysis of biometric studies data of environmentally-sensitive species of Ranunculaceae family in relation to the studies of the influence of long-term technogenic emission in the city of Baikalsk on the natural resistibility factors of plants is given. It has been proved that it is possible to use the state of cenosis populations of herbaceous mesophyte Thalictrum minus L. as a bioindicator to estimate pollution of forest ecosystems of the South Baikal Region. A change of 15-30 % of species habitus and reduction in the duration of certain ontogenetic states up to 3-15 years is registered according to degradation of environmental performance indices of a specific area. Species of average and low vitality form decreasing populations. Their dynamics leads to the change of vitality range and reduction in indicator species in the areas of high aerotechnogenic environmental stress. Statistical analysis of factors influencing formation of plants habitus has shown that the most significant ones are crown thinning, projective cover of grass stand and percentage of organic substance in the soil. Non-linear regression modeling of environmental factors influence on habitus development of Thalictrum mesophytes makes it possible to prognosticate the behavior of their cenosis parameters in conditions of environmental stress accurately.
