The System is using Smart Relay as main control that is commonly used industrially and commercially as a control system. Using the smart relay can reduce the use of control relay and writing of the system significantly. The smart relay has a GSM-SMS for messaging and controlling the system. Only the listed number at the system that can message and control the system. By using smart relay, we can costumized our design as our requirements. Automatic door is commonly used in commercial and industrial. The relay output will be connected to door motor (for opening and closing), buzzer for alarm and pilot lamps for indication. Finaly the system is expected to have several functions as follow : Automatic opening door using fingerprint detection, automatic opening door using GSM command, automatic opening door using push button for inside command, automatic opening door using passcode, automatic closing door after door is fully opened with no movement and send the notification by GSM. By Implementing this system, it will be easier to lock the door and activate the alarm from a considerable distance.

The traditional electric heating device mainly used resistance wire as the electric vehicle components. A novel semiconductor nanoelectrothermal film as a heating material was to study its feasibility. By analyzing the heating mechanism of electrothermal film and comparing the existing heating device, an energy-saving heater was designed based on semiconductor nanoelectrothermal film. In STC89C52 micro-controller core, a practical and stable temperature control system was devised by a variety of control methods - shock control, relay control, pressure control, and so on. The energy consumption experiments were done between new electric heating device and conventional heater, and the results showed that new electric heating device had more energy efficient. On the basis of this study, a series of electric heating products could be developed with low power and environmental protection, and it was a useful exploration for technology upgrades for the electric heating industry.

We designed a type of pilot-operated self-sustaining time delay power on/off circuit which consists of a duplex switch, time delay circuit and a dual-coil, dual-contact electromagnetic logic control relay. We also depicted a dual-coil, dual-contact electromagnetic relay logic control circuit diagram dedicated to this design. Structures and specific couplings of the circuit were presented and analyzed. Functional analysis was also carried out for a variety of work processes performed on the circuit at static or dynamic state, and the results showed that the circuit, in addition to fulfilling its primary function for time delay shutdown of the main circuit, is also capable of automatically powering-off the control circuit and the control power supply when the device is left unattended. This design greatly meets the needs of current time delay control technology, and thus has a great commercial potential.

This paper introduce the thought of USB interface application, an automatic measurement system is as an example. The PC control system of automatic measurement by the Labview software programming, then control relay, and control the work state of the HP3. It shows that the design of USB interface application system is realized by using labview programming easy and high efficiency.

Temperature control is the key problem in the design and manufacture of electric blankets. In order to solve current technological failure to real-time control of the temperature of electric blanket, this paper applies technical means of DS18B20 temperature acquisition and relay control temperature heating, together with key circuit, display circuit as well as other auxiliary circuit, and the system achieved electric blanket working temperature real-time intelligent control. Relay output controlled the temperature closed loop control by single-chip microcomputer, and a new type of intelligent temperature control technology of electric blanket is developed, real-time temperature control is enhanced, which improved the security and energy conservation of electric blanket.
