The development of the international trade and the entrance of domestic car manufacturers into international markets required bench equipment development for tests in accordance with the requirements of the European standards. In this connection the purpose of this work is to develop an experimental and methodical basis for the estimation of the strength correspondence of export railway produce to the European standard basis. In the work there is shown a description of the bench developed for static tests of rolling stock for loads corresponding to the European standard basis. In the requirements mentioned there is used a more extended list of loads and combination of efforts and the necessity in the application of longitudinal loads to the elements of the end wall in three levels should be particularly emphasized. On the test bench there are carried out static tests of the car of model 61-4514 for Egyptian national railways and the body of the motor-rail car of model 2853 for the railway infrastructure of Serbia.

AbstractWe study a Lax pair in a 2-parameter Lie algebra in various representations. The overlap coefficients of the eigenfunctions of L and the standard basis are given in terms of orthogonal polynomials and orthogonal functions. Eigenfunctions for the operator L for a Lax pair for $$\mathfrak {sl}(d+1,\mathbb {C})$$ sl ( d + 1 , C ) is studied in certain representations.

<p class="0abstract">Usability evaluation is an essential activity to contribute to a higher standard of user experience. This study conducted a usability evaluation on multi-platform application according to usability attributes as defined in ISO 9241-11 standard which are efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction. The evaluation was conducted on both platforms; web and mobile application and involved 50 participants. The results discovered some points to usability issues. Therefore, to further enhance the users’ satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness, a set of improvement recommendations were proposed. Insights from this study provides a standard basis on the usability evaluation procedure which can serve as a guide for the usability evaluation of multi-platform applications.</p>

In this scientific article, the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology of the Andijan Regional Department conducted a comparative analysis of the survival rate of 1825 patients with primary disability in 2017 and those who for some reason did not form. The results of the analysis showed that disability benefits had a positive effect on patients who developed disabilities at 12, 12-24 months and 24-36 months of age and, as a result, led to improved survival rates. All results are statistically processed on a standard basis.

We consider zero divisors of an arbitrary real Cayley–Dickson algebra such that their components are both standard basis elements. We construct inductively the orthogonality graph on these elements. Then we show that, if we restrict our attention to at least [Formula: see text]-dimensional algebras, two algebras are isomorphic if and only if their graphs are isomorphic. We also provide an algorithm to retrieve the Cayley–Dickson parameters of an algebra from its graph.

We study zero divisors whose components alternate strongly pairwise and construct oriented hexagons in the zero divisor graph of an arbitrary real Cayley–Dickson algebra. In case of the algebras of the main sequence, the zero divisor graph coincides with the orthogonality graph, and any hexagon can be extended to a double hexagon. We determine the multiplication table of the vertices of a double hexagon. Then we find a sufficient condition for three elements to generate an alternative subalgebra of an arbitrary Cayley–Dickson algebra. Finally, we consider those zero divisors whose components are both standard basis elements up to sign. We classify them and determine necessary and sufficient conditions under which two such elements are orthogonal.

Abstract We study the properties of the maximal volume k-dimensional sections of the n-dimensional cube [−1, 1] n . We obtain a first order necessary condition for a k-dimensional subspace to be a local maximizer of the volume of such sections, which we formulate in a geometric way. We estimate the length of the projection of a vector of the standard basis of ℝ n onto a k-dimensional subspace that maximizes the volume of the intersection. We find the optimal upper bound on the volume of a planar section of the cube [−1, 1] n , n ≥ 2.

Let Zn2 be the elementary abelian 2-group, which can be viewed as the vector space of dimension n over F2. Let {e1,..., en} be the standard basis of Zn2 and ?k = ek +...+ en for some 1 ? k ? n-1. Denote by ?n,k the Cayley graph over Zn2 with generating set Sk = {e1,..., en,?k}, that is, ?n,k = Cay(Zn2,Sk). In this paper, we characterize the automorphism group of ?n,k for 1 ? k ? n-1 and determine all Cayley graphs over Zn2 isomorphic to ?n,k. Furthermore, we prove that for any Cayley graph ? = Cay(Zn2,T), if ? and ?n,k share the same spectrum, then ? ? ?n,k. Note that ?n,1 is known as the so called n-dimensional folded hypercube FQn, and ?n,k is known as the n-dimensional enhanced hypercube Qn,k.

Network on chip is used to implement the communication features on a Silicon chip. To increase the performance of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) Network On Chip (NOC) ,a Standard-basis (SB) Method is Proposed. In this Method, a source code from various transmitters are encoded separately using an orthogonal code . These coded data are Combined together by an Exclusive-OR operation and it is then sent to their destinations through the communication interface.By Performing AND operartion between original coded data and their Orthogonal code, chip sequence can be obtained. The Standard basis (SB) encoding and decoding technique is compared with the Walsh Based (WB) code in terms of power, area and throughput and the Proposed Standard basis encoding and decoding technique is proven to be more efficient.
