The relevance of the statistic begins when in the minds of postindustrial development the sphere of restaurant service is intensively developing, new services and technology have appeared, and the globalization of the restaurant sector has made it possible to state the competitiveness of food in the restaurant sector. Yak galuz ekonomiki, Ukrainian restaurant service is guilty of more and more focus on consumer and interest of foreign tourists and survivors of life, economic economy and suspension. The main method is the statty є development of restaurant service (restaurantology) as a scientific and methodical basis for the development and promotion of services in the restaurant business, to enter the warehouse of the current economy of Ukraine. The statutes of the restaurant service policy are being formed (service policy in the restaurant service management) as the scientific basis of the restaurant business design and the evaluation of the quality of service in the restaurant service, the development of the sphere of service in the restaurant service, the development of the The market of this kind of services, the development of service and information technologies and communica- tions, is able to display the functional and decomposition of restaurants (complexes of restaurant services). The broken science theory of hotel service (hotel service) has not yet been formed, insufficiently rooted, not represented by the scientific spirit and numerical sub'ekts of the economy and the suspension, which is to work on the hope of the last guests. As a result of the abundant current nutrition and development of the sphere of hotel services, there can be no change without a theoretical rationalization of the day service and the development of scientific theory of services (hotel serviceology). At the same time, the advancement of the theoretical foundations of the sphere of hotel services is not only theoretical, but in the meaning of the world, applied value, some specificity of technology in the sphere of hotel management services, resource storage and production of the sphere of production

The development of the international trade and the entrance of domestic car manufacturers into international markets required bench equipment development for tests in accordance with the requirements of the European standards. In this connection the purpose of this work is to develop an experimental and methodical basis for the estimation of the strength correspondence of export railway produce to the European standard basis. In the work there is shown a description of the bench developed for static tests of rolling stock for loads corresponding to the European standard basis. In the requirements mentioned there is used a more extended list of loads and combination of efforts and the necessity in the application of longitudinal loads to the elements of the end wall in three levels should be particularly emphasized. On the test bench there are carried out static tests of the car of model 61-4514 for Egyptian national railways and the body of the motor-rail car of model 2853 for the railway infrastructure of Serbia.

A system of adaptive methodology is proposed, which is formed with the help of applied tools of construction organization and targeted organizational-technological and administrative development for the implementation of large-scale construction projects through the format of a special development company. On the basis of step-by-step modeling, scenario-simulation and stochastic adjustment, subsequent multicriteria evaluation (according to 4 criteria) of the toolkit subsystem, the final index-priority of one alternative to the MBDP cycle organization is determined in relation to another. and KFOR) on technological, functional and cost characteristics of the MBDP cycle, in which the organization of construction is the most complex in terms of functional and technical content, and the preparatory phase (including the formation of an effective administrative structure) is most responsible for the targeted use of resources for project product formation, with preset parameters. The results of the study were transformed into a system of application software modules "BIM-modules of construction organization for MBDP". This set of programs (as a result of its implementation in construction practice) creates a scientific and applied means of training, organizational and technological, content-functional and administrative support of the MBDP cycle corresponding to modern needs of the construction market and the system of construction development. The scientific and theoretical value of the study is that for the first time from the standpoint of modern realities of the construction market of Ukraine and the requirements of development in housing construction, developed a methodology for construction as part of a single cycle of administration managed by a temporary enterprise-special development company. A fundamental change in the tools of construction organization has been implemented, in which the advantages of organizational and technological models of updated type and content are combined with the capabilities of BIM-technologies, structural reengineering, which ultimately provides reliable preventive (before or at the beginning of the project implementation cycle) structural decisions on the basis of stage-by-stage, multicriteria examination of decisions, with possible detection of influence of these decisions on final results of the project both for the customer, the developer, and for the organizations-executors.

The article presents the results of the research on determining the prospects for the introduction and development of own trademarks (OTM) of the trade enterprise. The strategies of own trademarks of the trade enterprise are provided. The peculiarities of formation and implementation of dumping strategies, replacement of a competitor, brand expansion are specified. To determine the prospects for the introduction and development of own trademarks of the trade enterprise, a methodical approach is substantiated, which is formed using matrix methods, scorecard methods, and additive convolution. The developed methodical approach provides for the implementation of interrelated stages of evaluation of competitive positions of activity in relation to own trademarks compared to other types of current activities, favorable external environment and readiness of the trade enterprise for the implementation of this type of activity. To evaluate the competitive positions of the OTM-related activities in comparison with other types of current activities, the use of the Dibb –Symkin matrix and the modified BCG matrix is proposed; to assess the favorability of the external environment – PEST analysis; to assess the readiness of the trade enterprise for the introduction and development of its own trademarks – the method of scorecard according to the characteristics of organizational, technological and resource aspects of the trade enterprise’s activities regarding OTM. In order to ensure the validity of managerial decisions on optimizing the portfolio of own trademarks, a scientific-methodical approach to the ranking of assortment groups of goods that are part of own trademark is developed. The methodical basis of the developed approach is matrix methods (Dibb–Symkin matrix, modified BCG matrix), coefficient method, expert estimation method and additive convolution. The sequence of determining the competitiveness of the assortment of goods is presented, which involves grouping the assortment according to the indicators of quality, price, latitude of the assortment of goods compared to the range of products on the part of the trademark of competing enterprises and manufacturers.

The article analyzes the verbal representation of the sound subtext from the London supertext of English linguistic culture. The study proceeds from the assumption that London supertext is constructed on the intersemiotic principle and is a product of several codes or, modi, rather than of language alone. London supertext is viewed as an invariable semantic cоnstruct, the total sum оf features be fоund in all the texts abоut this city, which have already been оr will potentially be written. Along with the combinations оf features, static and dynamic, the Lоndоn supertext incоrpоrates standard algorithms оf their deployment intо real textual sequences. The subtexts of London supertext are viewed as narrower thematic entities bound by a common propositional and modus-related attitude. The theoretical and methodical basis of the research cited in the article is determined by its оrientatiоn tоwards integrating the cоgnitive and semiоtic approaches, according tо which the mental culturallyspecific entity London is analyzed via a semantic study оf its supertext. The integration of the cognitive and the semiotic is effected within the framework of unified semantics. Semiotic analysis of the text in that case consists in singling out propositions of diverse degrees of similarity in it, in the selection and classification of predicates with which characters and “things” are endowed in the text, and in including the individual entities from the text into common categories, what uncovers the profoundest world-view from the perspective of the given text. The article proves that the analysis of mental entities carried out via examining their respective supertexts integration of cognitive and semiotic approaches permits tallying linguistics with literary studies and with secondary modelling semiotic systems under a general semiotic approach.
