Tissue clearing for whole organ cell profiling has revolutionized biology and imaging for exploration of organs in three-dimensional space without compromising tissue architecture. But complicated, laborious procedures, or expensive equipment, as well as the use of hazardous, organic solvents prevents the widespread adoption of these methods. Here we report a simple and rapid tissue clearing method, EZ Clear, that can clear whole adult mouse organs in 48 hours in just three simple steps. Samples stay at room temperature and remain hydrated throughout the clearing process, preserving endogenous and synthetic fluorescence, without altering sample size. After wholemount clearing and imaging, EZ Cleared samples can be further processed for downstream embedding and cryosectioning followed by standard histology or immunostaining, without loss of endogenous or synthetic fluorescence signal. Overall, the simplicity, speed, and flexibility of EZ Clear make it easy to adopt and apply to diverse approaches in biomedical research.

The film space is the image of social life represented on the screen, which determines that the form of the film and television picture is a plane model, and it can only use a two-dimensional plane space to express an objective scene with a three-dimensional space. In order to improve the effects of special effects processing in movies, this paper applies computer imaging technology to the processing of movie characteristics. When performing specific scene simulations, the specific structure of each computer imaging particle system is derived on the basis of the general structure of the computer imaging particle system. In addition, this paper combines the improved algorithm to carry out several case analyses, and the reliability of this method is verified through simulation experiments, which promotes the application and promotion of computer imaging technology in movie special effects processing.

Uranium resource distribution and accurate reserve evaluation are important references for mineral investment and production. Eight kinds of interpolation methods in the Groundwater Modeling System (GMS), including ordinary kriging (OK), are used in this study to predict the spatial distribution of reserve-related parameters, such as uranium grade, ore thickness and uranium content per square meter. The present study draws the following conclusions: (1) Cross-validation found that the uranium grade value using the spherical method is the closest to the actual value. The spherical method has the best interpolation effect. (2) The relative error, which is +3.62%, between the uranium reserves that is calculated by the spherical interpolation method and that by the traditional calculation value is the smallest. (3) The setting of the number of interpolation grids is related to the actual number of boreholes. The ratio between the two will affect the accuracy of reserve estimation, and different interpolation methods have different degrees of influence on reserve estimation. This method is applicable to all in-situ leaching sandstone uranium mines. Further study needs to be carried out toward heterogeneity of three-dimensional space, which will make the estimation more accurate.

Based on the 3D Poisson equation, this paper extracts the features of the digital video human body action sequence. By solving the Poisson equation on the silhouette sequence, the time and space features, time and space structure features, shape features, and orientation features can be obtained. First, we use the silhouette structure features in three-dimensional space-time and the orientation features of the silhouette in three-dimensional space-time to represent the local features of the silhouette sequence and use the 3D Zernike moment feature to represent the overall features of the silhouette sequence. Secondly, we combine the Bayesian classifier and AdaBoost classifier to learn and classify the features of human action sequences, conduct experiments on the Weizmann video database, and conduct multiple experiments using the method of classifying samples and selecting partial combinations for training. Then, using the recognition algorithm of motion capture, after the above process, the three-dimensional model is obtained and matched with the model in the three-dimensional model database, the sequence with the smallest distance is calculated, and the corresponding skeleton is outputted as the results of action capture. During the experiment, the human motion tracking method based on the university matching kernel (EMK) image kernel descriptor was used; that is, the scale invariant operator was used to count the characteristics of multiple training images, and finally, the high-dimensional feature space was mapped into the low-dimensional to obtain the feature space approximating the Gaussian kernel. Based on the above analysis, the main user has prior knowledge of the network environment. The experimental results show that the method in this paper can effectively extract the characteristics of human body movements and has a good classification effect for bending, one-foot jumping, vertical jumping, waving, and other movements. Due to the linear separability of the data in the kernel space, fast linear interpolation regression is performed on the features in the feature space, which significantly improves the robustness and accuracy of the estimation of the human motion pose in the image sequence.

In order to study the acoustic levitation and manipulation of micro-particles in the heterogeneous structures inside metal, a test system for internal levitation in three-dimensional space is designed, establishing the 3D motion model of ultrasonic levitation and manipulation of micro-particles. The relationship between levitation force, particle diameter, internal channel size, and transmission thickness is established through the motion manipulation tests of multi-configuration channel levitation micro-particles in components. The results show that the proposed method can realize the following movement of levitation micro-particles at a higher speed and the control of motion accuracy in three-dimensional space. The micro-particles can be reliably suspended and continuously moved inside the components along a predesigned motion trajectory. The results provide an effective and feasible processing scheme for direct processing through the internal spatial structure.

The aim of this article is to solve the problem that the accuracy of traditional positioning algorithm decreases in complex environment and to provide some ideas for the few researches of fingerprint localization algorithm in three-dimensional space. This paper builds a system model in a three-dimensional space, provides three reference point distribution methods, and discusses the positioning performance under these distribution methods. After that, based on the high base station deployment density, multi-point fusion positioning method is used to locate the target, which further improves the positioning accuracy and makes more effective use of reference point resources. Finally, a backward-assisted positioning method is proposed, which uses the position information of the positioned points to assist the positioning of the current point. Research shows that this method can improve the positioning accuracy and has good versatility.
