This article is an examination of the Rar The scientific development and subsequent “vitamin D and astaxanthin” continues to influence the researchers all over the globe today. This article examines the research done and published by researchers and scientists. Consideration of current trends and data in scientific queries and demonstrates further aspects of Therapeutic activity of vitamin D with astaxanthin. Additionally, this article explores options for vitamin D with asthaxanthin in orthopaedic. The combination of both result in  enhanced endurance and walking distance in senior adults, as well as increased muscular strength and size (sarcopenia). Thus, in elderly adults, mobility, endurance, and strength were all increased using a single training strategy. Vitamin D with astaxanthin in ENT. The vitamin D and astaxanthin has been proven to possess effective activity against reactive oxygen species, cell apoptosis, inflammatory and auto immune disorders. Vitamin D with astaxanthin in gynecology.Antioxidants and vitamin D have been found to play an important role in reducing the causes of diseases linked with female infertility. Keywords: Infertility, antioxidant, otolaryngological diseases, musculoskeletal system, cartilage homeostasis

The article contains a literature review that presents the results of studies of the prevalence of comorbidy in patients with bronchial asthma (BA), as well as the gender- and age-related characteristics of comorbidity in such patients. More than half of asthma patients suffer from the comorbid pathology, which negatively affects the clinical course of asthma, as well as the quality of life. The number of chronic comorbid diseases increases with age, on average to 5 comorbid conditions in BA patients aged 75 years and older. The most common diseases, the prevalence of which increases with age, are cardiovascular, ophthalmological and otolaryngological diseases and diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Female patients with BA, as a rule, are more likely to suffer from comorbid diseases, and on average have more comorbid pathologies than men. The comorbid diseases with the largest gender difference in prevalence are recurrent urinary tract infection, thyroid diseases, migraine and osteoporosis, which are prevalent in women. Among the factors and mechanisms influencing the presence and course of comorbid pathology in asthma patients, there are factors that have an effect before birth and during early childhood, systemic inflammation, hyperinsulinemia, leukotrienes and mitochondrial dysfunction. Despite the vast amount of data, research results are often quite contradictory; further investigations of the mechanisms underlying the relationship between comorbid pathology and asthma are necessary.

Introduction: Today, chronic polypous rhinosinusitis (CPR) occupies a special place among otolaryngological diseases, the incidence rate of which increases every year. To date, the main causes of chronic polypous rhinosinusitis are Staphylococcus aureus and anatomical abnormalities. Diagnostics: Knowledge of a universal algorithm for the diagnosis of this disease, consisting of the collection of anamnesis, endoscopic examination of the nasal cavity, computed tomography of the paranasal sinuses, anterior active rhinomanometry and bacteriological determination of the microbial spectrum, allows diagnosing chronic polyposis rhinosinusitis in time, and, as a consequence, to prescribe a treatment. Treatment: This review describes conservative therapies, including antibiotics and glucocorticosteroids. Today, the main task of doctors is to find the most effective method of administration of glucocorticosteroids to achieve the maximum effect. One of these methods is the introduction of the drug with the help of nebulizer, as in this case, the drug will remain in the perirhinal cavity for a long time and have the maximum effect due to the directed action only in the area of the pathological process. Features of chronic polypous rhinosinusitis in childhood: It should be noted that children under 12 years of age due to the formation of the paranasal sinuses at different stages of ontogenesis will be characterized by different forms of chronic polyposis rhinosinusitis. That is why they should be known and taken into account when making a diagnosis and prescribing a treatment. Conclusion: Today, the frequency of chronic rhinosinusitis increases exponentially, which makes the question of the modern approach to its treatment the most relevant. It is possible that additional research in this area will solve the issue of searching for both the optimal path of therapy and treatment of CPR in children.
