Дана оценка использования цифровой контрольно-измерительной аппаратуры при проверке авиационных систем в соответствии с руководящими документами ARP4754 и DO-178C. Указано, что в автоматизированных стендах на основе ЭВМ, в отличие от традиционных подходов, повышается роль программного обеспечения (ПО). Приведен обзор существующих ре -шений для проверки приемоответчиков управления воздушным движением (УВД). Сделан вывод о необходимости доработки автоматизированного измерительного стенда проверки бортовых систем предупреждения столкновений (БСПС) с целью оценки параметров приемоответчиков УВД на стадиях их разработки и проведения сертификационных работ в соответствии с DO-181E. Сформированы требования к ПО. Представлены результаты практической реализации автоматизированного измерительного стенда. An assessment of the use of digital instrumentation equipment for testing airborne systems under the guidelines ARP 4754 and DO-178C is given. It is shown that in the computer-based automated test bench, unlike traditional approaches, the importance of software increases. An overview of existing solutions for testing air traffic control (ATC) transponders is provided. It is concluded that it is necessary to refine the automated measuring bench for testing the airborne traffic collision avoidance systems (TCAS) to assess the parameters of ATC transponders at the stages of their development and certification under the guideline DO-181E. Software requirements are formed. The results of the practical implementation of an automated measuring stand are presented.

A new material testing reactor Jules Horowitz Reactor is under construction at CEA Cadarache. The materials to be irradiated will be placed into experimental devices around the reactor. Process and measurements of experimental devices will be carried out by command control. A data acquisition system having processing performances will be associated to the programmable logic controller. The challenge is to design and realize for twenty experiment devices a high availability data acquisition system architecture for 50 years of sustainability. The real time target will achieve 24/7 data acquisition and real time processing. This scalable architecture could be use as well for JHR experimental devices with high availability as for testbed. This architecture could be run on a standalone station for a measuring bench or deployed on cluster for high availability. CAREDAS’s design is modular and use proven widely used open source solutions. All parts are independent from each other and can be replaced with another technology with the same functionalities. This ensures sustainability and control of software sources.

Nowadays, the research related to the solar cells is oriented to the solar cell’s quantum efficiency (QE) or the Incident Photon to Charge Carrier Efficiency (IPCE) development. The determination of the external quantum efficiency (EQE) is fundamental to photovoltaic research [10]. This article proposes a fast conventional method to determine the external quantum efficiency (EQE) of a solar cell using a measuring bench (IPCE), such as the instruments and the measuring principle. The foundations necessary to study the important parts of EQE are built. The main equations and guiding principles of this measurement are reviewed.

This paper deals with the preliminary functional testing of a novel combined slideway type. In order to improve the accuracy of a portal-type milling machine to be designed as part of a departmental project, special unloaded guideway designs have been investigated, resulting in a slideway structure relieved with hydraulic pressure chambers. A measuring bench was set up to check the amount of the relief. Based on the primary measurements performed, it is proven, that the pressure chambers relieves the load by providing a suitable sliding surface.

Radar reflectors are used as standards for radioelectronic devices calibration, as navigation beacons for air and naval traffic control and for radar visibility increase. Controlled (parametric) reflectors change reflected signal characteristics. This leads to appearance of easily detectable additional frequency components on modulation frequency. Ka-band parametric reflector design, consisting of horn reflector and phase switch 0°/180° board, is suggested. Technique of parametric reflector modulation RCS measurement, using complex envelope of reflected signal in every phase switch state, is suggested. Measuring bench description is given. Comparative analysis of theoretical calculations and experimental results is carried out. Accuracy of modulation RCS measurement according to the said technique is obtained experimentally. Measurements accuracy constraints are detected.

Presented a method for calculating the dynamic tangential stresses around the wellbore, at the time of its treatment by the hydraulic pulse generator, by the values of its characteristics, obtained at the bench test, and the frequency coefficients of influence. Criteria are formulated for selecting the natural frequencies of the measuring sensors that ensure the coincidence of voltages in the array and on the measuring bench.
