The aim of this research is to provide the formation of knowledge and professional competence of primary school teachers with online education. The research was conducted in the summer term of 2020-2021. 436 primary school teachers who continue their studies in Kazakhstan participated in the research. For the research, 6 weeks of online training on professional competence was given to primary school teachers. The measurement tool called "Online Education and Vocational Competence", which was developed by the researchers and compiled by taking the opinion of experts in the field, was applied to primary school teachers. The data was shared with primary school teachers from the internet with an online questionnaire, and their participation was ensured and collected. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS program. Frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values ​​were used to analyze the data obtained from the Vocational Competence measurement tool.According to the results of the research, the information was examined and in the light of the obtained information, it was observed that the distance education and professional competence status of the primary school teachers showed positive results. Even though their opinions are high, it has been concluded that the online usage status of male teachers is higher than female teachers. The research objective was to determine the direct contribution of the implementation of character education, school environment, and creative thinking to vocational competencies and to determine the indirect contribution of the implementation of character education and the school environment to creative thinking. The results showed (1) the implementation of character education directly and significantly contributed to the vocational competence of students; (2) the school environment directly and significantly contributes to the vocational competence of students; (3) creative thinking directly and significantly contributes to the vocational competence of students; (4) the implementation of character education indirectly contributes to vocational competence through creative thinking of students; and (5) the school environment does not contribute indirectly to vocational competence through students' creative thinking.

This research is based on limited laboratories in vocational high schools in the city of Pekanbaru. Students are could not to use one computer device (PC) for each. The actual condition is one PC is used by 2-3 students. This fact has an impact on the achievement of vocational competence. The proposed solution is to present a virtual laboratory concept based on Augmented Reality (AR). The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of AR based learning media on the achievement of vocational competencies of. The type of research applied is equals-experimental with two groups pretest-posttest design method. The population and sample in this study were the Multimedia Study Program of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru City. The results obtained were learning to use AR media is effective for increasing the learning outcome in the basic computer network material. The use of augmented reality-based learning media can be applied to vocational learning in SMK with material adjustments designed according to the needs of the applicable curriculum.
