The article considers the prospects for the development of the education economy in modern market conditions. The main reason for considering this topic is that in the modern period, this science is immature, since it does not demonstrate the ability to offer effective, efficient, socially feasible and economically viable solutions to educational problems. Accordingly, the main direction of the development of this science should be considered the development of scientific fundamental and technological approaches to solving existing problems in education. One of the tools in this regard should be called educational projects that contribute to the dynamic development of both pedagogy in general and this science in particular. To be recognized as an integrated field of research, the economics of education should assign to pedagogy the role of helping scientists to create formative solutions to the criticisms identified in the course of economic research. Indeed, within the framework of the role that pedagogy can assume, planning in the field of education, the formation of various aspects of personality (economic, financial, social and human) can be developed.

Objective. The increase in the efficiency of functioning of the (credit) organization due to the realization of procedure of the horizontal, vertical and trend (microscopic) financial analysis based on the formed innovative analytical coefficients system in the parametrical cognitive models block. Method. The financial analysis of the highly-integrated enterprises and (credit) organizations. Result. The innovative parametrical cognitive models block is the information basis of the (microscopic) financial analysis, contains the cognitive models for the horizontal, vertical and trend financial analysis of the enterprise or (credit) organization based on the formed analytical coefficients system, each from which acts as the difficult repertoire of parameters (indicators), echeloned to a number of portraits and stratificated to the several independent sets located on two different levels of the specified hierarchy (structure). Conclusion. The financial analysis of the highly-integrated (credit) organizations initiates the need of the accounting of a wide range of the different scientific fundamental and applied directions of modern science, and also causes the need of use of the innovative device of research.

Introdution: Cationic liposomes have been presented for gene delivery as an alternative vector instead of viral vectors. A major challenge associated with siRNA delivery is the instability of liposomes, which is still a serious problem. The aim of this study was to provide an appropriate formulation to overcome this instability. Methods: In the present study (Scientific-Fundamental, Experimental-Laboratory Study), liposomal formulation containing soy phosphatidylcholine, cationic DOTAP, cholesterol and polyethylene glycole was synthesized by thin-film hydration method and the siRNA were loaded on liposomes through incubation. In the following; the optimization of siRNA loading was on the agenda. Then the parameters related to size, zeta potential, polydispersity index and lon-term stability of siRNA-liposomes complex were reported. The Data were analyzed by GraphPad Prism version 7 Software. All data were repeated three times and reported as mean±standard deviation. Results: In this study we were able to produce siRNA lipoplex with high loading efficiency of siRNA. The produced nanoparticles did not agglomerate and were stable at 4 oC for 3 months. This nanosystem could successfully deliver siRNA to normal bone cells. Studies have shown that the blank system (no gene) had no toxicity. Conclusion: The prepared PEGylated liposomes have a great potential for delivery of siRNA to bone cells.

Based on Ethno–Oceanography of the Sama tribe in Eastern Indonesia, they measured and determined tidal range when Sya’ban taking place. Why do they do so? The questions and objective of this study were intended to respond the scientific fundamental of Ethno-Oceanography of the Sama tribe. In order to achieve the objective of this study, the tidal range value in each Hijra month was compared and analyzed statistically (ANOVA). Tidal Analysis results showed that the tidal range at Sya’ban was higher and the deviation was lower than the other months. Moreover, ANOVA results showed that Sya’ban was significantly different (P<0.05) on Highest High Water Level (HHWL) throughout Hijra month.  Keywords: Sama Tribe, Sya’ban, Hijra Calendar
