Hydrogen (H2) can be a promising energy carrier for decarbonizing the economy and especially the transport sector, which is considered as one of the sectors with high carbon emissions due to the extensive use of fossil fuels. H2 is a nontoxic energy carrier that could replace fossil fuels. Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs) can decrease air pollution and reduce greenhouse gases when H2 is produced from Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and at the same time being accessible through a widespread network of Hydrogen Refueling Stations (HRSs). In this study, both the sizing of the equipment and financial analysis were performed for an HRS supplied with H2 from the excess electrical energy of a 10 MW wind park. The aim was to determine the optimum configuration of an HRS under the investigation of six different scenarios with various numbers of FCEVs and monthly demands, as well as ascertaining the economic viability of each examined scenario. The effect of the number of vehicles that the installation can refuel to balance the initial cost of the investment and the fuel cost in remote regions was investigated. The results showed that a wind-powered HRS could be a viable solution when sized appropriately and H2 can be used as a storage mean for the rejected wind energy. It was concluded that scenarios with low FCEVs penetration have low economic performance since the payback period presented significantly high values.

Respondents include 4 resource persons who are directly involved in maggot cultivation. The analysis used is a quantitative financial analysis by calculating the value (Net B/C, NPV, IRR, and Payback Period and BEP) with a discount factor (DF) of 11 percent. Sensitivity analysis was used to determine the sensitivity of BSF maggot cultivation to a decrease in production which was conditioned by a 10% to 40% decrease in production. Descriptive analysis with SWOT analysis is used to find strategies for developing Maggot Cultivation Business. The results showed that maggot cultivation was profitable to cultivate. This business is feasible because the NPV and Net B/C values are greater than 1, and the IRR value is higher than the interest rate. Based on the SWOT analysis, it shows that the position of the internal-external matrix of the Omah Maggot Warna Warni maggot cultivation business is in quadrant II or the growth and development strategy with the IFAS factor value of 2.39 and EFAS 3.03. This phase shows that the colorful Omah Maggot maggot cultivation business is undergoing a growth stage and must be developed because it has great potential to develop. The priority of the BSF maggot cultivation development strategy is to improve the quality of maggots, expand network marketing, and increase the use of cultivation technology and collaborate with the local government for the development of the Colorful Omah Maggot maggot cultivation business.

Background:Traumatic wound is a great challenging issue to surgeons, because of large in size, heavily contaminated, infected and unscenic. Infection proceeded to progressive tissue necrosis, septicemia, organ failure or even death. Majority has polymicrobial infections. Bacteriohage therapy will have revolutionized in the treatment of wound. The present study was planned to evaluate the efficacy of topical bacteriophage therapy on large traumatic wounds in comparison with conventional therapy. Methods:The Study conducted from Sept. 2018 to July 2020. Samples between 12- 60 years was taken into study. Customized bacteriophage applied over the wound after serial debridement in case and conventional dressing in control. Fifty four wounded person met the clinical inclusion criteria; 27 in each group. Wound swab and tissue biopsy was taken for bacterial isolation. Isolated specific phage was applied over the wound on alternate day till the wound become sterile and fit for further definitive management. Results: A significant and rapid improvement was observed in wound healing in cases then control group. Average number of day required for complete granulation of wound and attaining sterility was half in cases then control. The hospital stay of the patients on BT was half (20days) than those on CT (40 days). The financial analysis also favours the BT over CT as only 1/third expenditure incurred in BT group as compared to CT Conclusion:Topical Bacteriophage therapy is efficient, effective to clearing the infection in shorter length of time and cost effective for infected traumatic wounds as compared to conventional dressing.

In this PKM program, our partner is residents in Petemon, Surabaya, East Java Province. This community has generated the production of noodle and jelly candy from seaweed. Seaweed processing has a very broad market potential due to the increasing demand and use of seaweed processing products, whether used in the health, pharmaceutical or industrial fields. Development of seaweed with an industrial concept approach that starts from upstream, processing basic products into formulation products with a lot of derivative products, both food and non-food products. In food ingredients, seaweed can be formulated, among others, into ice cream, pudding, jelly candy or other foods and soft drinks Based on interviews and observations in the field, there are 2 main focuses of the problems currently faced by partners, namely: 1) lack of knowledge about seaweed and 2) product diversification of seaweed which have an added value. Some of the things planned by the PKM team are innovating seaweed to be noodle and jelly candy as well as providing training and mentoring for financial analysis, packaging and marketing. The purpose of this activity is to transfer knowledge of making product diversification of seaweed, develop the creativity of the partner, increase the noodle and jelly candy production and improve the welfare of the partner. This activity was realized with an approach in the form of making a sustainable cooperation program until the end of PKM, creating a family atmosphere between the two and understanding that the problems experienced were a shared problem so that they could be solved together according to the level of responsibility to achieve the expected benefits, namely increased yields, production and productivity and competitiveness, independence and welfare of the community.

Research background: Globalisation and the development of technology introduce new requirements for effective business management. Every business must constantly adapt to the environment, analyse and know its competitors and its customers’ requirements, and meet other stakeholders’ commitments. An unsuccessful business will go into liquidation. The intention of any business should be not only to avoid this situation, but to thrive and prosper and create value for its shareholders. Purpose of the paper: The aim of this study is to propose an appropriate tool for cluster analysis and determine the ability of a business to survive a potential financial distress. Methods: Details from financial statements of construction companies operating in the period 2015-2019 in the Czech Republic are analysed. Attention is mainly directed to items that represent the capital and asset structures of a company, liquid assets, and the ability to generate sales and profit. Artificial neural networks in the form of Kohonen networks are used for the purpose of cluster analysis. Financial analysis is used to examine the underlying dataset as well as for a detailed analysis of selected clusters, i.e. the contribution margin and ratio indicators. Findings & Value added: The basic analysis clearly shows that companies in liquidation attempt to reduce the value of inventories and engage additional foreign capital with a view to survival, while there is a certain solidarity between companies’ key persons. Cluster analysis using Kohonen networks is quite successful. The present methodology and approach can still be applied to the design of an enterprise decision support tool. Further research may study whether the representation of businesses in the different clusters will change over time, or whether the development of the construction industry can indeed be predicted based on an analysis of the leaders.
