The main direction of drug therapy for gout and other diseases associated with hyperuricemia is the long-term use of drugs aimed at correcting the level of uric acid. However, in addition to the urate-lowering effect, these drugs may have other beneficial pleiotropic effects. The article will discuss the additional effects of xanthine oxidase inhibitors, as well as drugs used to treat gout-related diseases that have urate-lowering effects.

Heat losses at the heating network’s distribution pipelines were identified for Karkivcommunity. Heat losses’ calculation is performed in view of the underground pipelines’ installationin non-accessible ducts. The heating system water temperature is accepted in line with the heatingnetwork temperature chart and according to the design outdoor temperature value for heatingpurposes. Specific heat losses in the network section’ pipelines are accepted at the level of standardvalues for the specified network laying method. The water flow rate at the heat pipeline sections isdefined as per the design heat loads from the buildings connected to the heat supply network. Theheat pipeline segment with uniform diameter is accepted as the rated section. The soil temperatureat the heat pipeline axis laying depth is accepted as 5°C. The heat losses at the structural networkelements are considered by 1.15 coefficient. The calculations are performed in view of the heatingsystem water flow rate and temperate changes along the heat pipeline length. While analyzing thethermal condition of the return pipelines of the community heating network, the changes in the heatcontent of the heating system water flow in the main direction pipeline during mixing with the waterflow from the branches of the main direction line are taken into account. Considering the averagetemperature of the coldest five days consecutively, the total energy loss in heating pipeline for a groupof buildings in Kharkov region are equivalent to 180.8kW.In view of the ambient air temperature changing over the heating period for Kharkiv cityclimate conditions and the current schedule for quality heat energy supply to the consumers controlthe annual heat losses in the community heating network pipelines were calculated. The soil temperature change at the heat pipeline installation depth during the heating period was notconsidered.Heat losses in the microdistrict network for the year are 2184 GJ. The data obtained can beused to compare options when developing a strategy for reforming the microdistrict heat supplysystem.

Digital libraries in the XXI century have become the most important sources of information in all branches of science and technology, the main direction of development of world librarianship, any information activities. The first electronic library was Project Gutenberg, founded by Michael Hart exactly 50 years ago. It became world famous only in the 90s, after the appearance of Internet and the first browsers. Hart dreamed of 10,000 digitized books, and by his admission, he achieved all the goals that he set for himself. In Russia, one of the first and most significant is Maxim Moshkov’s library (1994). This paper traces the stages of creation of these libraries and the biographies of their creators; the difficulties in their work are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the issues of copyright duration legislation.

Using drones with different purposes than only taking photos is nowadays the main direction of drone development. Drones are made for package delivery, people transport, etc. Drone equipped by GNSS RTK and prism can be used as orientation point for the free station. The idea is using drone to get coordinates of total stations inappropriate for GNSS. such as high buildings and forest. The drone can fly above the obstacle causing inappropriate, so the GNSS will compute the position coordinates correctly. Total station will measure distance and angles on prism to get free station coordinates. This article deals with the accuracy of using two points in the free station task. Accuracy of measurement and data is based on real values. Drone can be used as the target if it is not windy, the position accuracy of the target on drone is 5 cm. Wind has no effect on the vertical position accuracy of the the drone. The results show that the same principles and limitations must be observed when measuring the free station task. Horizontal angle between orientation points must be bigger than 100 gon and the zenith angle must be at least 50 gon. The distance between orientation and free station must longer than consequent measured points.

Objectives: The ban on smoking creates a good smoke-free environment for the traditional farmer’s market. However,the suddenly spread COVID-19 has greatly impacted the business model of the traditional smoke-free farmer’s market.Methods: In order to realize the effective transformation of the current farmer’s market, this paper uses the business model canvas of Osterwalder and Pigneur to compare and analyze the traditional smoke-free farmer’s market and the smart farmer’s market. Results:The study found that the new business model promoted by “Smart Farmer” can effectively solve the difficulties and problems faced by the current farmer’s market. Conclusions:On the basis of this research, this paper puts forward the main direction of the future transformation of the farmer’s market business model, in order to provide a theoretical and practical basis for the intellectualized reconstruction of farmer’s market in China.

The prevalence of caries and its complications prioritizes the development of prevention and treatment of the early stages of the disease. The main direction of the prevention of carious process is remineralization. The DIAGNOdent pen was used to study the remineralizing ability of toothpastes from one manufacturer. The patients were randomly divided into two groups – study and control, 50 people in each group. Patients of the main group used toothpaste № 1 with a fluoride ion content of 1475 ppm. The participants in the control group used paste № 2 with a fluoride ion content of 1176 ppm. In the main group (paste No. 1) after 6 months, the reduction of caries was 30.6% (49), after 1 year – 46.0% (74) (p< 0.05). In the control group (paste No. 2) after 6 months, the reduction of caries was 9.9% (14), after 1 year – 25.4% (36) (p< 0.05).

The conversion of ethanol on low-percentage copper-containing catalysts at temperatures of 300 oC and 350 oC was studied. γ-Al2O3, SiO2 and HZSM-5 were studied as the carrier of the active phase. It is shown that the main direction of ethanol conversion on low-percentage copper-containing catalysts is its dehydrogenation and subsequent conversion of the resulting products into 1,1-diethoxyethane. Among the studied catalysts (1 wt.% CuO/Al2O3, 1 wt.% CuO/SiO2 and 1 wt.% CuO/ HZSM-5 the most active in the production of 1,1-diethoxyethane was 1 wt.% CuO/Al2O3, modification of it with cerium oxide led to an increase in its activity in the formation of 1,1-diethoxyethane, at the reaction temperature of 350 oС, the yield of the target product was 27 vol.%. The results showed that the modification of CuO/Al2O3 leads to an increase in the catalytic activity of the sample.

The article considers the prospects for the development of the education economy in modern market conditions. The main reason for considering this topic is that in the modern period, this science is immature, since it does not demonstrate the ability to offer effective, efficient, socially feasible and economically viable solutions to educational problems. Accordingly, the main direction of the development of this science should be considered the development of scientific fundamental and technological approaches to solving existing problems in education. One of the tools in this regard should be called educational projects that contribute to the dynamic development of both pedagogy in general and this science in particular. To be recognized as an integrated field of research, the economics of education should assign to pedagogy the role of helping scientists to create formative solutions to the criticisms identified in the course of economic research. Indeed, within the framework of the role that pedagogy can assume, planning in the field of education, the formation of various aspects of personality (economic, financial, social and human) can be developed.

This chapter traces the external factors limiting the stenographers in their task, while underlining the competency and professionalism with which they executed their duties. Challenges of their work latch on to certain ‘conventions’ allegedly allowing misrepresentation, raising questions of the exactitude and comprehensiveness of a protocol and the possibilities of dictation by a superior rather than recording, and revealing the desire to have records changed. Statements attributed to the entire council, so claiming to represent a common mind, attract particular criticism. In defending their work, secretaries and notaries reveal the exercise of critical judgement as to the main direction of the meeting and the purposes of individual interventions, and the observations and mechanisms by which they sought to assure its appropriateness. Conversely, criticism usually results from a different understanding of these factors, sometimes reified in hindsight, and discontent with the material decisions presents itself as critique of allegedly flawed recording.
