This is a study in which I dealt with the indication of Jurisprudence principles significance through the noble verse of Surah (59) of Surat An-Nisa, in which I showed the evidence for the arguments agreed upon in deriving legal rulings, through what Ibn Adel al-Hanbali al-Dimashqi touched on in his interpretation. I also stood at the topics of the command and detailed the sayings of the Jurisprudence principles scholars on the one issue after the other. I highlighted the saying of Ibn Adel at the beginning of each topic, and then sayings of the other.

: After research and extrapolation, I found that there are hadiths narrated by Abu Hilal Al-Rasbi in which there are defects and I wanted to collect and study these hadiths in this research and study them in a critical study in which I explain the places of the defect, whether in the chain of transmission or in the text. - Critical study -) "Marfu' and Mawqoof" Hadiths and so on. The differences were explained graduated and studied through the sayings of scholars (may God Almighty have mercy on them). The most correct statement was shown through strong clues indicating for that. The research was divided into an introduction and three topics. Then came the conclusion, the list of sources and references.

In my research, I dealt with the disagreement of the commentators in determining the identity of the seller of prophet Yusuf - peace be upon him - and whether Yusuf was committed to sin - whatever its kind - or not? And who is the one who elaborated the saying about the slitting of the shirt and acquitted Yusuf? Who says after the ruling case? Is it the woman's husband or the ruling? And who Satan makes him forget the remembrance of his Lord? Is it Yusuf, or the waterer? And who is the one who said in verse 52 and verse 53 of Surat Yusuf? Is it from the continuation of the words of the woman, or is it from the words of Yusuf? And was Yusuf secretly saying: (You are the worst in place) in himself, or what was he concealed? I will mention all of this according to the research documentation of the commentators, in the chronological order of the years of their death.

The first topic (the concept of expectation and its elements, and its importance) included two demands, the first (the definition of expectation linguistically and idiomatically, and the reality of both expectation and expected), and the second (the pillars of expectation and its importance. The second topic: Realism (realization of the criteria without the point of measurement. The first issue: the balance (public interests), The second issue: standards. The third issue: verification and standards. The third topic: The effect of expectation on the realism of the fatwa, and the application of jurisprudence to reach the realism (Zakat on women's jewelry) between the preferable and unpreferable. Then the conclusion, including the summary and some recommendations

The research responds and deals with suspicions ideas raised by a group so called (Quranists) that appeared and ceased to exist more than a century ago. Then began to appear again, especially in our country, in some cities such as Halabja, Sulaymaniyah and Erbil, and they started to raise suspicions against "Sunnah". The position of the Sunnah in Islamic legislation as a second source, gives importance as it is considered an explanation and clarification of the Qur’an, including detailing the entirety of the Qur’an, specifying its general nature, and restricting its absolute, and it may be independent of the legislation. Knowing the biography of the Prophet, peace be upon him, is the practical aspect of the Holy Qur’an and gives a complete perception of the reasons for knowing the jurisprudence of reality, and the reasons for the emergence of the Hadith, which facilitates to understand Islam correctly, through the two revelations of the Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah.

In this research، I studied the legacy of the son of al-Mulaenah (DAMNATION) a comparative jurisprudential study, and the meaning of the inheritance was shown in language and idiomatically the meaning of the word "mulaenah" and the evidence for the legitimacy of "mulaenah" from the Qur’an and Sunnah and the sayings of the jurists. The necessity of damnation and its evidence that he went to and then showed the most correct of it. I also studied the genetic footprint from the jurisprudential and legal point of view because of its relationship to the subject.

This is a study in a sublime character, which every Muslim and preacher should behave with and be characterized by. Namely, the moral of courtship to people and its effect on the call to Allah, through which I showed the manners of courtship that the preacher should possess as our prophet was, peace and blessings be upon him. One of these manners is to smile in the faces of the invitees. Then I spoke about respect. There is no way to the hearts of the people without it. then I talked about visiting and the effect it has on the invitees. There are material means that lead to courtship, first of which is the gift, as it was said: "Gift cools hearts", and from the means is the gift of "Whose hearts have been reconciled to Truth", so I commend it then I concluded the research by means of holding banquets, and I mentioned evidence for every method from the purified Sunnah.

Surah "Al-Ikhlaas" (sincerity) is four verses, but they are very brief and miraculous, and few words have great meanings. They summarized and outlined the principles of doctrine and monotheism that is the spirit or Islam and the pillar of this religion. The aim of the study was to explain this surah and clarify its significance for monotheism by relying on the books of belief and interpretation approved by Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah. It is like the foundation upon which the structure rests, thus affirming pure monotheism in its highest form and denying Allah all kinds of polytheism It contains an introduction and two topics: first: introducing to the surah, 2- the reason for descending the surah and its names 3- virtues of Surah, 4- the interpretation of the surah and its significance for monotheism, 5- definition and evidence of standardization, 6- topic of the surah and its interpretation. Then the conclusion and results.

Islamic law permits testimony as a means of establishing rights before the courts due to the people's need for it. That testimony is a trust that must be performed upon its request. So the witness does not have the right to arrange judgments on the grounds for it, but his job is to say what he hears in terms of acknowledgment and pledge of allegiance, or what he has seen of authorization and destruction. Then he transmits that to the judge, then the judge’s job is to arrange the effects on their causes, so the witness is a mediator, and the judge is disposed, and the binding reasons differ in them. Based on the aforementioned, I took research and extrapolation in the books of likenesses and analogues, especially the book of "Al-Ashbaah Wal-Nada'er" by Imam Al-Suyuti. It is a reason according to one of the imams, hence I liked to study the important of these issues of jurisprudence scientific study in an independent research. I have recorded it under the title: (Selections Of Jurisprudential Issues In Which Reason Must Be Mentioned In Book Of "Al-Ashbaah Wal-Nada'er" By Imam Al-Suyuti (D: 911 A.H.) - Testimony Topic Model -, naming, fourteen issues, proven in the folds of research.

The research deals with the most important jurisprudential issues related to winds in the book of Purity. In introduction: I showed the reason for my choice of the topic and my methodology in it there are four sections: I showed in the first topic: Defining wind as a language and a term, and the difference between them and the wind... and that most of use the word “winds” (plural) in Qur'an is for mercy, and most of the word “wind” (singular) is for torture. I showed in the second topic: that the pure water if some leaves, hay or weeds fall into it due to the wind, it remains pure as long as its delicacy has not disappeared.. and that if the water reaches two jars and is changed with impurity, then it is no longer pure if it is changed by the winds.... and that the wind has an effect on continuation in ablution .I showed in the third topic: it is disliked to urinate or defecate in the wind, and the validity of tayammum for whom his ablution is broken if he intended dirt when the wind blew, evoking the intention of tayammum before throwing it in his hands until the time of his throwing them and then wiping tayammum. And our last prayer is praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds
