Two teams or teams play futsal sports games, this sport is very similar to soccer in terms of the rules of the game. Another opinion also states that this sport is called futsal because 5 people in 1 team play it. Interval training is one of the aerobic exercises performed at low to high intensities and interspersed with rest periods. Passing is one of the basic techniques of futsal games that are needed by players, and it is very suitable to be applied in futsal sports. The purpose of this study was to determine "the presence or absence of the effect of 1: 2 Interval Passing Exercise on the Increase of Vo2max in Futsal Extracurricular Students of 2 Lingsar Vocational Schools in 2018/2019 Academic Year". This type of research uses the experimental method and action test that is giving 1: 2 interval passing exercises and bleep test. The population in this study were all IKIP Mataram Futsal athletes, amounting to 12 people using a population study sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using t-test. The results showed an increase in vo2max of 13,389 while the number of tables was 1,796 with a significant level of 5% so that the t-count was higher than the table (13,389> 1,796). The conclusion of this study shows that "there is the influence of 1: 2 Interval Passing Exercise on the Improvement of Vo2max IKIP Mataram futsal athletes".

Critical thinking has become an essential skill in the 21st century, as many experts and researchers describe it. Critical thinking is often claimed as a skill that should be taught in learning. Critical thinking is a reflective thinking process that focuses on analysis and evaluation to make the right decision. Many experts have formulated definitions and indicators related to critical thinking. This article aims to describe the definitions and core indicators of critical thinking according to experts as well as summarize the core indicators that can be integrated and learned in learning. Based on the results of studies related to critical thinking, this article recommends six indicators, namely focus on the problem, analysis of arguments, making planning, evaluation, explanation, and self-regulation.

The inconsistency motivates this research in the shooting ability of athletes in shooting games in the petanque sport at regional and national levels. This study aims to determine the effect of training using a barrier in the form of car tires and unhindered shooting training on improving the shooting ability of the beginner athlete athletes IKIP Mataram. This study used an experimental method with the "two-group pretest-posttest design" design. The instrument used for the shooting ability test was the shooting station number 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 with a distance of 6 meters, 7 meters, 8 meters, and 9 meters. The subjects in this study were the beginner athletes of IKIP Mataram petanque, amounting to 14 athletes. Samples were taken from the results of purposive sampling. Based on the results of t-test analysis showed the same significant results between shooting exercises using a barrier and without a barrier. However, the shooting practice using a barrier the results are better, and the shooting practice without a barrier with the visible value of the average shooting using the barrier pretest results 4.71 increased by 13.00. The amount of increase was 8.28. Shooting without a barrier, which initially results in an average of 3.42 pretest, increased to 10.00. The amount of increase is 6.57. The difference between the average improvement in shooting game results with the exercise treatment using a barrier and without a barrier is 1.71.
