The inconsistency motivates this research in the shooting ability of athletes in shooting games in the petanque sport at regional and national levels. This study aims to determine the effect of training using a barrier in the form of car tires and unhindered shooting training on improving the shooting ability of the beginner athlete athletes IKIP Mataram. This study used an experimental method with the "two-group pretest-posttest design" design. The instrument used for the shooting ability test was the shooting station number 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 with a distance of 6 meters, 7 meters, 8 meters, and 9 meters. The subjects in this study were the beginner athletes of IKIP Mataram petanque, amounting to 14 athletes. Samples were taken from the results of purposive sampling. Based on the results of t-test analysis showed the same significant results between shooting exercises using a barrier and without a barrier. However, the shooting practice using a barrier the results are better, and the shooting practice without a barrier with the visible value of the average shooting using the barrier pretest results 4.71 increased by 13.00. The amount of increase was 8.28. Shooting without a barrier, which initially results in an average of 3.42 pretest, increased to 10.00. The amount of increase is 6.57. The difference between the average improvement in shooting game results with the exercise treatment using a barrier and without a barrier is 1.71.

The purpose of this study was to find out the difference between student emotional intelligence in terms of participation in campus organizations for UMSIDA student. This study used a quantitative approach. The variables of this study were students whose joined in campus organization and whose not as an independent variable (X) and student emotional intelligence as the dependent variable (Y). Purposive sampling was implemented as the sampling technique for 125 students whose joined in the organization and 125 students whose did not join in campus organization as predetermined character. t-test analysis used to analyze difference between data which calculated by SPSS-17 For Windows. The result shown that t = - 5,584 and p<0,05 (0,000<0,05), this means that there are differences between student emotional intelligence who join in campus organization with whose not.

Exacerbation of asthma is a progressive step in progressive breathing, coughing, wheezing, breathing. In Indonesia salbutamol nebulation is used for the therapy of the first exacerbation attack. In addition, intravenous aminophylline is also recommended as a therapy, even if the use of aminophylline abroad is reduced due to its smaller effectiveness and often leads to greater unwanted reaction events. The effectiveness of asthma exacerbation therapy needs to be monitored and one of the monitoring parameters that is easily seen is the rate of breath. The aim of this study was to investigate the difference in respiratory rate values using salbutamol nebulisation and intravenous aminophylline in patients with asthma exacerbations in hospitals in Surabaya. The research was conducted by using quasi experimental method and data collection by purposive sampling. Analysis of the data to be used is a independent t-test. The results showed that the salbutamol group decreased respiratory rate by 50.00%, there were also patients who experienced an increase of breath rate of 13.64%. In the aminophylline group experienced a decrease in respiratory rate of 43.75% with an increase of breath rate of 18.75%. From the results of the study, it is necessary to monitor the effectiveness and the need to monitor the unwanted reactions of both treatments so that the therapies produced in the treatment of asthma exacerbations are more effective.Key words: Aminophylline, exacerbation asthma, respiratory rate, salbutamol

To determined whether the service quality of aviation is good can be seen from the ability of the service in achieving the expectation of the customer. This study aims to identify the difference between the expected service and the reality perceived by the customer in relation to the service of Garuda Indonesia airlines in Banda Aceh City.            This study used 99 customers of Garuda Indonesia Airline as the sample which is drawn by applying purposive sampling technique. Data was gathered by using questionnaire and analysis by using statistic tool, average differentiation test (t-test).            The result of statistic test shows t value is greater than the value of t-table. Thus, Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected which means there is average differentiation between the expected service and the perceived service of Garuda Indonesia’s customer            Generally, the customer has relatively good assessment towards the quality of Garuda Indonesia airlines. However, they still hope for better service in order to remains the gap between the expectation and the perceived service. This study is quasi-experimental in vitro study using the paired test analysis with α = 0,05 of the data collected from salivary volume. Results: The result of study indicates that the average of salivary volume before drinking roselle tea is 1,90 milliliter. After drinking roselle tea, the average of salivary volume is 4,54 milliliter. The result of paired test analysis shows that t-test is 16,172 and t-table is 2,022. The value of t-test > t-table. Result of statistic shown there is significant difference of salivary volume before and after drinking roselle tea.
