Professionalism for Elementary School / Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers is a necessity that must be possessed, in the presentation of professionalism for teachers there are four minimum competencies, namely pedagogic, professional, social and personality. Basically, the discussion about teacher professionalism is actually very clear in the "Minister of Education Regulation No. 16 of 2007 on Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competencies. However, the world of education faces quite a tough challenge, when it enters the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. the position of the teacher is a key position in guarding the success of learning in the midst of digitalization. So, the only thing that can be done is to continuously improve its competence. This research seeks answers from the strategy of the Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan Islamic school in increasing professionalism in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research uses a qualitative case study method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation, and is supported by data analysis from miles and hubarman. The results showed that the strategy of Madrasah ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan Driyorejo Gresik, in improving teacher professionalism in the 4.0 revolution era, includes: (1) IT-based training, (2) Education Seminar, (3) Learning workshop in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, (4) ) Education and learning workshops in the digital era, (5) Madrasah supervision carried out by the principal of madrasah ibtidaiyah, (6) Bimtek held by madrasah, (7) Encouraging and motivating teachers to join Teacher Working Groups (KKG), (8) ) Conducting Comparative Studies to higher quality institutions, (9) Conducting social services to around madrassas and communities in need. (10) Workshop with local kyai to strengthen the struggle, (11) Reciting together in collaboration between Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and LP Maarif NU Driyorejo.

This study is to find out the learning problems in MI Cemorokandang kedungkandang malang, namely about the problem of low student learning outcomes and students' knowledge of mathematics subjects in class III on multiplication and division material. This study uses a realistic mathematic education learning model. Studying mathematics is including increasing students' knowledge in thinking logically, rationally, critically, carefully, effectively, and efficiently. Therefore, as a teacher must be able to apply effective and efficient learning so students can understand to work on and solve mathematical learning problems. However, the teacher cannot apply it because the teacher does not understand the problems that arise from the model, the media or the characteristics of their students. In this case the researcher will discuss realistic mathematics learning in class III at MI Cemorokandang Kedungkandang Malang, the problems experienced by teachers in mathematics learning are low levels and the problems faced by students in learning mathematics at MI Cemorokandang Kedungkandang Malang

The formation and development of characters from an early age is very necessary, hence the importance of education to direct student to develope positive character in both the scope of religion and nasionalism by practicing character values in daily life. One alternative for the development of students character is by implementing a full day school system which means students are involved in school activities for one full day starting at 06.45 a.m. until 3.00 p.m as has been applied at MI Khadijah Malang. This study used a method with 3 instruments, namely: interview, observation and documentation. This study also aims to discribe: 1). Character of MI Khadijah Malang students, 2). The process of carrying out a full day school in developing character at MI Khadijah, 3). Supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of implementing full day school at MI Khadijah Malang. And the result of this study showed that broadly the character of students in MI Khadijah classified as students who where easily directed and conditioned by the application of full day school, teacher will be ease to supervise and guide students in character development through habituation of activities carried out school regularly.

This article is to obtain results from the application of the Pair and Check type of cooperative learning model in Mathematics subject matter number factorization material in class IV MIN 1 Pasuruan. Researchers use quantitative methods with quasi-type experiment using Pretest and Posttest. The sample used in the study was class IV C students as the experiment class and IV D as the control class which was also a superior class with a total of 25 students and 23 students so that the total sample was 48. Data collection was conducted by holding Pretest and Posttest. The data analysis technique that the research uses is the z test. In the z test results there are significant differences between the control class and the experiment class. At the pretest the average learning outcomes of students in the control class were 47.65 and in the experiment class the average student learning outcomes were 40.8. while the posttest obtained an average of 70.36 in the control class and 81.83 in the experiment class. So that it can be concluded based on the results of these studies that there is influence when applied the type of cooperative learning model Pair and Check in the content of Mathematics study material number factorization in class IV MIN 1 Pasuruan.
