This article is to obtain results from the application of the Pair and Check type of cooperative learning model in Mathematics subject matter number factorization material in class IV MIN 1 Pasuruan. Researchers use quantitative methods with quasi-type experiment using Pretest and Posttest. The sample used in the study was class IV C students as the experiment class and IV D as the control class which was also a superior class with a total of 25 students and 23 students so that the total sample was 48. Data collection was conducted by holding Pretest and Posttest. The data analysis technique that the research uses is the z test. In the z test results there are significant differences between the control class and the experiment class. At the pretest the average learning outcomes of students in the control class were 47.65 and in the experiment class the average student learning outcomes were 40.8. while the posttest obtained an average of 70.36 in the control class and 81.83 in the experiment class. So that it can be concluded based on the results of these studies that there is influence when applied the type of cooperative learning model Pair and Check in the content of Mathematics study material number factorization in class IV MIN 1 Pasuruan.

Screw air compressors have been being used widely for 45 years. There are many research works on these machines, but there have been still many problems, especially on designing and machining their screw pair, to study. This paper focuses on gate screw profiling from the main screw profile and disc tool profiling for manufacturing the screw pair. The air compressor screw 3D model pair, designed by using the proposed methods, have satisfied the meshing condition. The disc tool 3D models created for machining the screws have also been tested in many ways, these testing results show high accuracy of the disk tool 3D model, which can be used in industrial manufacturing.

Writing is an activity of delivering messages, ideas, feelings, and information in writing to others. One of the writing activities studied in class VII is the writing of the procedure text. Based on the initial observation in SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh obtained the idea that the ability of students to write the correct procedure text is still lacking. So the research aims to determine the enhancement of the procedure text writing method with a model learning pair checks in students of class VII-1 SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh. This type of research is class action research (CAR). The research subject is a grade VII-1 student numbering 27 people. Data collection is done by providing tests to students. The results showed that students ' writing skills in the I cycle of the average value of the student test was 74, including the incomplete cathedral. Furthermore, in the cycle II the average grade test of students is 84 then the learning will already include complete category. Based on the data it can be concluded that the study pair checks can improve the ability of students in writing. Abstrak Menulis  merupakan suatu kegiatan penyampaian pesan, gagasan, perasaan, dan informasi secara tertulis kepada pihak lain. Salah satu kegiatan menulis yang dipelajari di kelas VII yaitu menulis teks prosedur. Berdasarkan  observasi awal di SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh diperoleh gambaran bahwa   kemampuan siswa menulis teks prosedur secara tepat masih kurang. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur dengan model pembelajaran pair checks pada siswa kelas VII-1 SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Adapun subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII-1 berjumlah 27 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan tes kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menulis siswa pada siklus I nilai rata-rata tes siswa adalah 74 maka termasuk katergori belum tuntas. Selanjutnya, pada siklus II nilai rata-rata tes siswa adalah 84 maka ketuntasan belajar sudah termasuk kategori tuntas. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran pair checks dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis. Kata Kunci :Menulis, Teks Prosedur, Model Pair Checks

<p>Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil penguasaan konsep keliling bangun datar peserta didik kelas III SDN Soropadan masih rendah atau belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep keliling bangun datar dengan model pembelajaran <em>pair check</em> pada peserta didik kelas III SDN Soropadan Surakarta tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 28 peserta didik dan diambil sampel 8 anak.Penelitian tindakan kelas yang menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Pada siklus I ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 37,5% dan nilai rata-rata 71,63. Pada siklus II, penguasaan konsep keliling bangun datar peserta didik memperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 87,5% dan nilai rata-rata 82,5. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi model <em>pair check </em>dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep keliling bangun datar pada peserta didik kelas III SDN Soropadan Surakarta tahun ajaran 2020/2021.</p>

Students also have not been able to formulate interactions between given elements, questions to be solved, and appropriate mathematical concepts to solve the problem. As a result, the achievement of students' geometry competencies is in the gap towards the goals. Therefore, this study aims to determine the differences in the achievement of geometry competence of students on plane geometry subject between cooperative learning type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) and pair checks. This research was conducted on a sample of 72 people, that is 36 students with TGT type cooperative learning and 36 students with pair checks type learning. Samples were selected by cluster random sampling. This research is a quasi-experimental with posttest only nonequivalent control group design. Quantitative data were obtained using test instruments. Research data were analyzed by parametric statistics. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that there were differences in achievement of students' geometry competencies between TGT type cooperative learning and pair checks on plane geometry subject. Model pair checks is an alternative to learning geometry.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran Pair Check yaitu pembelajaran kooperatif  yang merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika, selain untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar, mengoptimalkan pembagian kerja dalam kelompoknya, model ini dikembangkan untuk menghindari terjadinya mind in chaos, suatu kesan negatif yang dibiarkan terjadi sejak mereka masih kecil, yang pada akhirnya hingga dewasa kesan negatif tersebut, yang menyatakan bahwa matematika itu sulit dan menakutkan tetap menetap pada siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R & D (Research and Development). Hasil penelitian adalah model Pair Check untuk menghindari Mind In Chaos pada pembelajaran matematika sehingga memberikan pengalaman dan kesan positif siswa terhadap matematika. Desain dan implementasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu referensi perkuliahan pada program studi Pendidikan Matematika di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pengetahuan, Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Banten.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning models with problem solving approaches. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of experimental research "The effect of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model with problem solving approach to students' mathematical communication in MA DA Jerowaru. Model Pair Pair Share (TPS), as the name "Thinking" learning begins with the teacher asking questions or issues related to the lesson for students to think about, "pairing", at this stage the teacher asks students to pair up pairs. Give the couple a chance to discuss. It is hoped that this discussion will be able to deepen the meaning of the answers they have thought through intersubjectives with their partners. The results of intersubjective discussions in each pair of results are discussed with the whole class pair. This stage is known as "sharing" in this activity. It is expected that question and answer will occur which encourages the integrative management of knowledge. Added to this is the emphasis on problem solving, namely the Problem Solving approach. Problem Solving is an approach that teaches students how to solve a problem. Meanwhile, according to Heriawan (in Istiqoma and Rusdi, 2012: 92). Problem Solving is a way of presenting learning material by making problems as a starting point for discussion to be analyzed in an effort to find solutions or answers by students.

AbstractA general problem in this research is how the improvement of identifying the intrinsic elements skills of short story using the cooperative model type of Pair Check at the students of XI IS4 SMA Santu Petrus Pontianak?". This was a researcher’s effort to improve the identifying  the intrinsic elements skills of short story of students and provided a new variation in learning process as well as resolving students’ learning difficulties in in increasing the students’ score.This research used qualitative descriptive method form. The procedures in this research was a classroom action research (CAR) by four stages, there are action planning (planning), implementation of the action (action), observations (observation), and reflection (reflecting).Based on the results of data analysis in this research was known that the application of  identifying the intrinsic elements of short story by using the cooperative learning model type of  pair check can improve student learning outcomes. After done with the action I  students’ average was  69,75 with the highest score was 89, action II with the students’ average score was 74,33 with average score was 89, and the action III, students’ average score was 83.33%with the highest score was 89.
