The teacher is a significant figure in the formation and development of the student's personality. In this regard, the task of preparing a primary school teacher of a new type is relevant. This article discusses such a topic of educational development in the Russian Federation as conditions for increasing the professional competence of an elementary school teacher. The urgency of the problem is caused by the strengthening of the requirements in all spheres of labor activity for professional training in the conditions of a market economy. The author dwells on the analysis of those qualities that are necessary for a modern primary school teacher to meet the needs of society in bringing up an adaptive, highly intelligent and free individual with basic competences and capable of subsequent adequate self-determination in the professional sphere. The teacher’s figure in the work is viewed as a tutor and facilitator.

The article is devoted to the problems of spiritual and moral education of schoolchildren through a tolerant attitude towards children with disabilities in conditions of inclusive education in a secondary school. The model of inclusive education is revealed, which is based on the following conviction: tolerance education among schoolchildren in an inclusive education is systematic and complex work, where the participants are teachers, children and their parents, as well as society and its relationship to such children. The difficulties arising during inclusive schooling are represented. However, there are new opportunities for inclusive education for the spiritual and moral education of the younger generation, which have a positive effect on the adaptation in society of children with disabilities, and the spiritual and moral development of healthy children.

The main purpose of this article is to present the contents of a number of modern innovative technologies for monitoring students' level of knowledge. To achieve it, the task of justifying the advantages of using the testing technology tools to control students' level of knowledge solved. In addition, the article shows the practical features of the use of testing technologies to monitor students' level of knowledge by creating an evaluation fund for educational discipline «Computer Science», which is an integral part of multifunctional educational technological complex in the «Manager-programmer of information systems», using a rating approach and multi-point measurement scales. The results are usable in practice of educational institutions work to control students' level of knowledge during the qualified specialist’s preparation.
