For the 46 companies registered as real estate agencies in the city, the techniques of principal components, data envelopment analysis and logistic regression were articulated. The results show an average efficiency of the sector of 42.33%, considering 8 companies as efficient. Five hypotheses were raised about the incidence of each financial item in the efficiency result, evidenced through the logistic regression model how the variable Operational Income is the only significant one (Value-p = 0.028). The growth, transformation and development of new economic sectors of a country can be determined from the entrepreneurship. This entrepreneurial attitude manifests itself from different approaches, not only by the emergence of new companies, but also by decision-making and entrepreneurial activity, in certain situations. Business success can be attributed to the different influences, changes and pressures caused by the environment, or to special characteristics of entrepreneurs, personal aspects and environment. This article aims to analyze intra-entrepreneurship as a business renewal strategy, exploring the auto parts sector, through a qualitative study in a sample of companies in the auto parts sector in Colombia. The results conclude that despite the fact that intra-entrepreneurship is considered a strategic scenario for business renewal, Colombian auto parts companies do not promote their strategic development.

This article develops arguments about the factors that promote intrapreneurship in relation to role theory. These are based on contributions from interactional and structural sociology. Fixed theoretical tools for intrapreneurship are not enough. So, the structural and interactionist perspective of sociology is necessary to understand the concept of intrapreneurship. The above approaches depend on individuals, organizations or environments to encourage potential employees to be intrapreneurs. Thus, Expectations can be a cornerstone for intrapreneurship because intrapreneurs learn from their roles.

The objective of this research is responding to two important questions that have been analyzed in the literature on international management, the “where” and the “how”. With this purpose both descriptive and comparison of means analysis are applied. The resulting analysis indicates that Spanish multinationals in the service sector have a semi global focus in their international operations and are located principally in Europe and Latin America. Furthermore, we found that Spanish service multinationals exert high levels of subsidiary control and that do not present significant differences in the levels of control they have over subsidiaries in relation to the type of service.

Different prediction models are explored to analyze the performance of the Mexican Stock Exchange (PQI) after the 2008 crisis. These models have demonstrated a good prognostic capacity for both multivariable and univariable approaches given their non-parametric characteristics. The selected variables were: Dow Jones Industrial Average Index (DJIA), CPI, International Reserves (IR), CETES28, USDMX exchange rate, (M1) and the sovereign default risk of Mexico (MRDS). The models were evaluated with MAPE and compared with linear regression models (LR) and neural networks (NN). The results show that the models have a similar performance according to the percentages of error they presented.
