<p>The research object is the quality of health service organized by Public Health Centre (PHC) in Kedawung District, Sragen Regency, Central of Java Province. Based on the discussion of the results obtained by the conclusion, that there is a positive and significant influence between Organization Factors and Individual Factor toward Quality of Health Services organized by Kedawung PHC. Thus the hypothesis being tested eight acceptable. Thus it can be stated that the Organization Factors and Individual Factor are factors that determine the quality of health services organized by kedawung Community Health Center in Sragen regency.The research finding is a new model of health service with the title “ Health Service Assurance Model”. The model was developed from a new concept and construction with 13 factors, namely (1) Resources Services, (2) Accountability Services Fund, (3) Organization Skills Service, (4) Demotivator Services, (5) Extroversion Services, (6) Orientation Task Leadership services, (7) Orientation Relationship Leadership services, (8) Orientation Changes Leadership Services, (9) Human Resources Information Services, (10) Information Technology Services, (11) Relations Information Service, (12) Procedures Service, and (13) Technical Services.Research conclusion, the overall hypothesis is accepted and its relations positive and significant. Finally found is Model of Health Services Assurance . Performance of health services PHC Kedawung very good. Suggestions for Central Government, Local Government, and Management Health Center Kedawung that 13 factors can be used as norms, standards, procedures and criteria in the community health services.</p>

This study discusses children protection and welfare of male migrant workers in East Lombok using framework Child Safeguarding and Promoting Welfare. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive research. This study argues although migrant worker family have remittances, nevertheless the remittances is not always affect the child welfare, because there is still less at-tention given by parent and household instability in migrant worker family which become signif-icant for child welfare. Results of study are: male migrant workers have their remittances, but their income not always enough nor stable; so their wife has to work to support family income. Dimension of parenting capacity, parenting style also related to stability of family. On family and environmental factors, all families receive social support from extended family and environment. Developmental needs of children, child development task is not always accomplished on families with high remittances.

<p>This research focuses on identifying best practice elements of the practice of LVCD (Local Value Chain Development) modelling initiated by AB organization at Duntana and Tenawahang villages, which located in rural area. LVCD modeling through collective marketing aimed to address rural farmers issue by creating an access to market. Type of this research is descriptive, using qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. The result shows that the best practice elements are in LVCD’s phase and on implementing of collective marketing by farmer groups. Although challenges occur in the implementing phase, the groups survive and continue running. Best practices elements can support the sustainability of collective marketing in implementing LVCD modeling.</p>

This research describes the evaluation of Youth Employment Program of Wahana Visi Indonesia as well as the factors that supports and obstructs the program in achieving its objectives (Case Study in Cilincing Sub-district, North Jakarta). This research was conducted with qualitative approach. The type of research is Sumatif Evaluation Research which aims to obtain information for program implementors about whether the program is worth continuing or has the potential to be applied in different contexts. The results of this study indicate that, Youth Employment program conducted by Wahana Visi Indonesia in Cilincing Sub-district has succeeded in achieving its goal to “Sustained improvement to household income to improve children’s well being. This can be seen from the field findings, that most of the informants in this stud are already working and have a steady income that contributes to the increase in family income. However, if the program is to replicate in a different context, it is necessary to make improvements in several areas, such as in the Assessment and Preparation.

<p>South Korea is a country which is gradually facilitating incoming groups of migrants with different approaches including the social aspect of it. This literature reviews that the three biggest migrant groups in South Korea: foreign brides, migrant workers, and international students have major problem in the process of social integration in South Korean society. Therefore, different efforts in social welfare focusing in multicultural program are provided to each category of migrant that also differs depending on the needs of one another. Foreign brides receive the most attention compared to other groups covering programs such as facilities, services, and multicultural programs. Regardless the problems faced by foreign brides, they receive different programs including treatment recovery program, counseling, legal and medical aid. Meanwhile, migrant workers is not included within the long term strategy of the government therefore the coverage is less than foreign brides. Lastly, international students are considered as the group of educated migrants in which the programs are mainly covered by their respective institutions. </p>
