Metal–organic framework based composite nanoparticles (Mn-ZIF-8/5-Fu) was used for glioma treatment with high drug loading rate and pH responsive drug delivery capacity. Mn-ZIF-8/5-Fu demonstrated good magnetic resonance imaging capacity.
