Although three-dimensional (3D)-printed anatomic models are not new to medicine, the high costs and lengthy production times entailed have limited their application. Our goal was developing a new and less costly 3D modeling method to depict organ-tumor relations at faster printing speeds. We have devised a method of 3D modeling using tomographic images. Coordinates are extracted at a specified interval, connecting them to create mesh-work replicas. Adjacent constructs are depicted by density variations, showing anatomic targets (i.e., tumors) in contrasting colors. An array of organ solid-tumor models was printed via a Fused Deposition Modeling 3D printer at significantly less cost ($0.05/cm3) and time expenditure (1.73 min/cm3; both, p < 0.001). Printed models helped promote visual appreciation of organ-tumor anatomy and adjacent tissues. Our mesh-work 3D thyroidal prototype reproduced glandular size/contour and tumor location, readily approximating the surgical specimen. This newly devised mesh-type 3D printing method may facilitate anatomic modeling for personalized care and improve patient awareness during informed surgical consent.

Kata-kata kunci : model peraga, media pembelajaran.Abstract : One goal of learning science and mathematics in secondary schools is to improve the knowledge, concepts, and skills of science and mathematics students as a basis for continuing their education to the next. The presence of media in learning is necessary considering the science and mathematics have the abstract concepts that are often the reason for the difficulty of studying the material both these subjects. Three-dimensional media in science andmathematics teaching aids in a visual model that can be used as media of learning. Media can be either three-dimensional image that has at least three sides (front, rear and side) so that a three-dimensional images can be viewed from various directions. The role of teaching aids in mathematics is to put the basic ideas of the concept that with the aid of appropriate props, students can grasp the basic ideas underlying the concept, knowing how to prove a formula or theorem, and can draw a conclusion from the results of his observations. Thus, the model can be used as a visual prop to explain the concept of subject matter so that students become more interested, interested and motivated to learn, which in turn will improve student achievement.Key words : models of visual aids, learning media.

The results of observations in class XI SMK Health Nursing Yahya Bima note that students still think that math is hard and scary that students often find it difficult when working on math problems. Student difficulties in learning mathematics are also characterized by low daily test results mathematics class XI student of SMK Nursing Yahya Bima. Therefore it is necessary to do an analysis of learning disability and the factors that influence the students' learning difficulties in learning mathematics in particular three-dimensional. This research is a descriptive study conducted on 64 students of class XI SMK Yahya Nursing Bima. Data collected by the method of three-dimensional tests and questionnaires. Tests that have been declared valid and reliable research subjects used to determine which students who received grades of less than KKM defined as research subjects. Questionnaire is used to determine the internal factors and external factors that greatly affect the students' learning difficulties in studying the three-dimensional. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that as many as 33 students have difficulty in solving the three-dimensional, it is due to students 'difficulties in providing examples of specific concepts, students' difficulty in giving up the name space, difficulties in classification, less skills students in basic skills, calculation errors, procedural errors , students are not mastering algorithms and do not understand the basic concepts. Factors - factors that cause learning difficulties students have great influence on quite a high level of learning difficulties experienced by students of class XI Vocational Nursing Yahya Way in three dimensions is the subject matter of interest, motivation, talent and intelligence of students who are on average relatively less and methods applied teachers including the use of visual aids in teaching the less even very low.

Dimensionality reduction is a compelling alternative for high-dimensional data visualization. This method provides insight into high-dimensional feature spaces by mapping relationships between observations (high-dimensional vectors) to low (two or three) dimensional spaces. These low-dimensional representations support tasks such as outlier and group detection based on direct visualization. Supervised learning, a subfield of machine learning, is also concerned with observations. A key task in supervised learning consists of assigning class labels to observations based on generalization from previous experience. Effective development of such classification systems depends on many choices, including features descriptors, learning algorithms, and hyperparameters. These choices are not trivial, and there is no simple recipe to improve classification systems that perform poorly. In this context, we first propose the use of visual representations based on dimensionality reduction (projections) for predictive feedback on classification efficacy. Second, we propose a projection-based visual analytics methodology, and supportive tooling, that can be used to improve classification systems through feature selection. We evaluate our proposal through experiments involving four datasets and three representative learning algorithms.

A period of rapid expansion of teaching materials such as motion picture films, film strips, three dimensional pictures, mathematical instruments and models, both of an instructional and an enrichment nature, lies immediately before us. Are we going to give individual and collective aid in directing this expansion in the most desirable and efficient direction? The need for this direction is very evident to all who have seen some of the teaching aids that are now available in the field of mathematics education.

The paper presents a summary of the results obtained by C. J. Cohen and E. C. Hubbard, who established by numerical integration that a resonance relation exists between the orbits of Neptune and Pluto. The problem may be explored further by approximating the motion of Pluto by that of a particle with negligible mass in the three-dimensional (circular) restricted problem. The mass of Pluto and the eccentricity of Neptune's orbit are ignored in this approximation. Significant features of the problem appear to be the presence of two critical arguments and the possibility that the orbit may be related to a periodic orbit of the third kind.
