Tecnology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis which is a successful and acceptable model in order to predict the acceptance of a new technology. In the last two years, in Indonesia there has emerged a financial technology service that was designed with the open platform principle, OVO. OVO is a service engaged in the field of financial technology, is a smart application designed to make payment services and transactions online, and has penetrated into all business expansion. The purpose of this research is to find out. the effect of perceived ease, perceived risk and attitude of use on the intention of OVO financial technology behavior in Surakarta City. The population used in this study were all users who intended to use OVO financial technology behavior in Surakarta City amounted to 140. The sample used in this study were 60 people. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, Classic Assumption Test, multiple regression analysis, t-test statistics and the model feasibility test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of ease have a positive and significant influence on the behavioral intention of OVO financial technology in the city of Surakarta with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. perceived risk has a positive and significant effect on the intention of OVO financial technology behavior in Surakarta City with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. usage attitude has a positive and significant influence on the intention of OVO financial technology behavior in Surakarta City with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. This means that all variables affect the intention of OVO financial technology behavior in Surakarta City. Seeing the results of the research conclusions, that Behavioral Intetion of the users stated that those interested in using OVO financial technology applications with the advantages offered such as free transfers

As information technology applications become widespread in education, new innovations in computer systems and communication technologies stimulate changes in students’ visual preferences. In a university environment each new cohort of students is more comfortable in the digital world, expecting that new technology will enhance teaching and learning. This study analyzes changes in perception on graphic user interfaces in a four-year period both by college students and instructors; the surveys were used to compare different formats of e-learning presentations designed accordingly to student preferences and curriculum requirements. Using factor analysis the principal characteristics of preferred multimedia interface in 2006 are compared with interface preferences four years earlier.

This study examined the use of a wearable smartwatch-based intervention to support the executive functioning needs of college students with intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorders. The study was designed to address the universal design for learning guidelines and checkpoints for Provide options for Executive Functions. Three students with intellectual disability, two on the autism spectrum, participated in this multiple-probe across participants with an embedded ABAB design to determine whether a causal relationship exists between the smartwatch intervention and the percentage of tasks completed independently. Students were taught to use a wearable smartwatch device to enter novel appointments for the coming week and the associated tasks. All students self-operated the wearable device to enter appointments, attend appointments on time, and complete associated tasks. Results are discussed in the context of applying new technology applications to assist individuals with intellectual disability and autism to self-manage technological supports to learn new skills, set reminders, and enhance independence.

In these competitive years of continuing change, libraries enrich their services with modern technologies and innovative approaches to satisfy users’ standards. This engagement significantly increases the effects of these new inputs on library budgets as new technology applications demand money and new organization schemes. Consequently, the annual budget has to be increased and difficulties arise due to its efficient allocation. This paper describes a methodology of evaluating offered services by using specific important factors like Users Satisfaction of a Service, Usage, and Cost of this service. Known methods for estimating Costs (ABC method) and estimating Satisfaction (MUSA method) in library fields are used. Also, the multi-criteria method to evaluate a service by correlating the above mentioned factors are used to give the observer the ability to find useful information. Finally, a case study about the evaluation of services using the proposed methodology is presented. The goal of the proposed methodology is to help library decision makers choose the most appropriate services to offer change and improvements according to user needs and allocated budgets.

There is a talk of e-governance all over the world. India has also not remained oblivious of these developments. E-governance implies a smoother interface between government and citizen. Peoples’ expectations from e-government have gone up very high. They see the new technology as a panacea to improve their living conditions. With the application of IT initiatives in certain states of India and at the union level, there has been some overall improvement in the transparency and accountability of the government. However, it must be remembered that technology cannot deliver everything. It is only a tool and an enabler to accomplish certain objectives—perhaps more quickly. E-governance has both a narrow and a broad perspective. In a narrow sense, it is focused primarily on public service delivery through Web site and Internet, while in a broader sense, it stands for all kinds of ICT (information and communication technology) applications in different stages of policy making, formulation, implementation, and evaluation (Snellen, 2005). E-governance sometimes may also make it harder, rather than easier, to achieve more information-driven, boundary-crossing reform such as improved delivery of public services (Heeks, 2002).
