A method for obtaining red emission from an organic-light emitting diode has been developed by dissolving red and yellow dyes in a common solvent and thermally evaporating the mixture in a single furnace. Dichlorido-bis(5,7-dichloroquinolin-8-olato)tin(IV) complex ( Q2SnCl2 , Q = 5,7-dichloro-8-hydroxyquinoline) has been synthesized for using as a fluorescent material in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The electronic states HOMO (Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital)/LUMO (Lowest Occupied Molecular Orbital) energy levels explored by means of cyclic voltammetry measurements. A device with fundamental structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS (55nm)/PVK (90nm)/ Q2SnCl2/Al (180nm) was fabricated and its electroluminescence performance at various thicknesses of light emitting layer (LEL) of Q2SnCl2 is reported. By following this step, an optimal thickness for the doping effect was also identified and explained. Finally a device with fundamental structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS (55nm)/PVK (90nm)/meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP): Q2SnCl2 (75nm)/ Al (180nm) was fabricated and its electroluminescence performance at various concentrations of dye has been investigated. It is shown that this new method is promising candidate for fabrication of low cost OLEDs at more homogeneous layer.

This study sought to describe the criticism of Al-Jabri Reason stagnation prevailing Salama Islamic Arab and Islamic awakening solutions to epistemology. Expected benefits of this study is to demonstrate the interconnectivity aspect, even unity between fragments in the general conception of Reason Arabic of Islam. The approach used is epistimologi approach (philosophy) associated with science, philosophy of science that concerns the structure which includes ontology, epistemology and axiology. Because the philosophy of science is in Arabic Arabic culture, it would require an additional approach that historical approach. The goal is to discover the fundamental structure of Arabic culture related to the philosophy of science. The conclusion of this study is the study of Islamic Epistemology ala al-Jabri is a paradigm combines Bayani, Irfani and Burhani, who developed dynamically based Rationalism-Burnani toward a future revival of the Islamic world.

The boron-nitride (BN) nanocages are synthesized by nitrogenation of amorphous boron nanoparticles at 1073 K under nitrogen and ammonia atmosphere. The BN nanocages exhibit a well-crystallized feature with nearly pentagonal or spherical shape, depending on their size. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy studies reveal that they are hollow nanocages. The growth mechanism of the BN nanocages is proposed.

This chapter details Russia's decision to send its air force to directly support Assad in late summer 2015 — what motivated this dramatic mobilisation and what impact it had on the conflict. Russia's involvement suddenly raised the stakes and the consequences for the Syrian civil war. The rebel resurgence of spring 2015 provoked real fears of Assad's collapse in Moscow and Tehran, resulting in the Vienna Process along with ceasefire and peace talks. However, while Russia's intervention likely prevented any prospect of sudden regime collapse, it did not change the fundamental structure of the civil war and thus was unlikely to lead to a decisive regime military victory. What it did was create a better negotiating position for pro-Assad forces — which may have been Putin's intention all along.
