ABSTRACT:Anti-dumping on tinplate products aim to protect domestic industries. Still, some industries want tinplate products not to be subject to anti-dumping because domestic production is not sufficient. This research examines the application of anti-dumping import duties on tinplate products from China, Taiwan, and Korea from 2014 to 2018, to know whether there are differences in the value of imports before and during the anti-dumping import duty. Use secondary data sourced from UN-Comtrade. Samples are selected by countries that have continuously sent tinplate products to Indonesia from 2010 to 2018, namely China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Germany, India, and Malaysia. Using the Mean Equality Test, it is known that there are differences in the import value before and during the anti-dumping import duty, with a p-value of 0.0114 less than α (0.05), so it is concluded that there is a difference in the import value of the tinplate product before and during anti-dumping duty. Descriptive analysis results illustrate imports from China and Taiwan tend to decrease. In contrast, imports from Korea tend to increase despite being subjected to anti-dumping duties because they can compete by using preferential tariffs based on free trade schemes.

AbstractKey-insulated encryption reduces the problem of secret key exposure in hostile setting while signcryption cryptosystem attains the benefits of digitally signing a ciphertext and public key cryptosystem. In this study, we merge the primitives of parallel key-insulation cryptosystem and signcryption with equality test to construct ID-based parallel key-insulated signcryption with a test for equality (ID-PKSET) in cloud computing. The construction prevent data forgery, data re-play attacks and reduces the leakage of secret keys in harsh environments. Our scheme attains the security property of existential unforgeable chosen message attack (EUF-CMA) and indistinquishable identity chosen ciphertext attack (IND-ID-CCA2) using random oracle model.

SUMMARY Objectives: This randomized, prospective, and split-mouth study aimed to evaluate flowable bulk-fill resin composites in class II restorations and to compare with a conventional layering technique after a 3-year follow-up. Methods and Materials: Fifty-three subjects received three class II restorations according to the restorative systems: conventional microhybrid resin composite (PA, Peak Universal + Amelogen Plus, Ultradent), flowable bulk-fill and nanoparticulate resin composites (ABF, Adper Single Bond 2 + Filtek Bulk Fill Flow + Filtek Z350XT, 3M Oral Care), and flowable bulk-fill and microhybrid resin composites (XST, XP Bond + SDR + TPH3, Dentsply). The clinical performance and interproximal contacts were evaluated. Statistical analyses were performed using the equality test of two proportions, Logistic regression analysis, Friedman, Wilcoxon, Kruskal-Wallis, and Mann-Whitney tests (α=0.05). Results: Forty-seven patients were evaluated at 3 years. XST bulk-fill restorative system presented higher marginal discoloration than PA, and the opposite occurred for surface staining. All restorative systems resulted in decreased interproximal contacts, occurring early for XST. Conclusions: Although the restorative system using incremental technique presented better performance for marginal discoloration, one of the restorative systems that used flowable bulk-fill resin composite (XST) showed the lowest surface staining. All restorative systems had decreased proximal contact over time.

Privacy-preserving string equality test is a fundamental operation of many algorithms, including privacy-preserving authentication in Internet of Things (IoT). Existing secure equality test schemes can theoretically achieve string equality comparison and preserve the private strings. However, they suffer from heavy computation and communication cost, especially while the strings are of hundreds of bits or longer, which is not suitable for IoT applications. In this paper, we propose an approximate  Fast privacy-preserving equality  Test  Protocol (FTP), which can securely complete string equality test and achieve high running efficiency at the cost of little accuracy loss. We strictly analyze the accuracy of our proposed scheme and formally prove its security. Additionally, we leverage extensive simulation experiments to evaluate the running cost, which confirms our high efficiency; for instance, our proposed FTP can securely compare two 256-bit strings within 0.7 seconds on ordinary laptops.
