According to the need of the real-time monitoring and displaying of the environment in many areas,to put forward a method of temperature monitoring and displaying, using STC11F32XE microcontroller as the core controller, DS18B20 as temperature acquisition chip, 32X64LED dot matrix screen as a display screen, using the mothod of multi point detection method,real-time monitoring of swimming pool water temperature and room temperature, real-time displaying of Multipoint collecting information, Real time processing the detected temperature, the page display to multipoint temperature display through the wireless remote control module, the system will alarm When the water temperature is too high or too low, to remind managers of real-time processing. To design a clear temperature display for the swimming pool, real time monitoring and controlling is very convenient, after the experimental verification, the system reaches the anticipative goal, the system is an ideal and effective.

New powder X-ray data for cancrinite [ideally Na8Si6Al6O24 (CO3)2·2 H2O] are reported along with in-situ real-time thermal processes recorded using energy dispersive X-ray diffractometry (EDXD). A completely anhydrous phase is obtained after heating the sample up to 600 °C and quickly cooling it to room temperature, as shown by means of both Rietveld analysis and IR spectroscopy. The anhydrous phase does not show any tendency to re-acquire molecular water. During the heating process, at around 450 °C, a peak splitting is observed, possibly due to a reversible phase transition.

Armored RNA (AR) is a good candidate for creating nuclease-resistant RNA positive controls in the nucleic acid - based assay for RNA viruses. To simplify the production and purifcation of armored RNA, a single plasmid double – expressing His6-tag system was designed. His-tag armored RNA particles were purifed using his-tag affnity. A genomic fragment of the zika virus consisting of the encoding sequences of flavi-M, flavi-E-C protein targeted for zika virus was selected to prepare a positive control. In this study, we have successfully produced His-taged MS2- phage like particles carrying specifc genomic regions (M and E genes) to monitor the procedures of real-time Reverse transcription-PCR for Zika virus detection in one plasmid double expression. AR-ZIKA is completely resistant to DNase and RNase, stable in normal human EDTA plasma at room temperature for at least 60 and 15 days at 40C and room temperature respectively.
