The key aspects of the process of designing and developing an information and cartographic control tool with business analytics functions for the municipal level of urban management are considered. The review of functionality of the developed tool is given. Examples of its use for the analysis and monitoring of implementation of the program of complex development of territories are given. The importance of application of information support of management and coordination at all levels of management as an integral part of the basic model of management and coordination system of large-scale urban projects of dispersed construction is proved. Information and map-made tool with business intelligence functions was used and was highly appreciated in the preparation of information-analytical and presentation materials of the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow. Its use made it possible to significantly optimize the list of activities of the program of integrated development of territories, their priority and timing.

INTRODUCTION: Although baropodometric analysis has been published since the 1990s, only now it is found a considerable number of studies showing different uses in the rehabilitation. OBJECTIVE: To amplify the use of this technology, this research aimed to analyze baropodometric records during upright position of subjects with hemiparesis, describing a way to define weight-bearing profiles in this population. METHOD: 20 healthy subjects were matched by gender and age with 12 subjects with chronic spastic hemiparesis. This control group was formed to establish the limits of symmetry during weight-bearing distribution in the hemiparesis group. Next, hemiparesis group was submitted to procedures to measure baropodometric records used to provide variables related to the weight-bearing distribution, the arch index and the displacements in the center of pressure (CoP). Data were used to compare differences among kinds of weight-bearing distribution (symmetric, asymmetric toward non-paretic or paretic foot) and coordination system for CoP displacements. RESULTS: Hemiparesis group was compounded by eight symmetrics, eight asymmetrics toward non-paretic foot and four asymmetric toward paretic foot. Significant differences in the weight-bearing distributions between non-predominantly and predominantly used foot did not promote differences in the other baropodometric records (peak and mean of pressure, and support area). Mainly in the asymmetry toward non-paretic foot it was observed significant modifications of the baropodometric records. CONCLUSION: Baropodometric technology can be used to analyze weight-bearing distribution during upright position of subjects with hemiparesis, detecting different kinds of weight-bearing profiles useful to therapeutic programs and researches involving subjects with this disability.

The infectious disease COVID-19 has swept across the world in 2020, and it continues to cause massive losses of life and severe economic problems in all countries. Providing emergency supplies such as protective medical equipment and materials required to secure people’s livelihood is thus currently prioritized by governments. Establishing a reliable emergency logistics system is critical in this regard. This paper used the Delphi method to design a formal decision structure to assess emergency logistics system reliability (ELSR) by obtaining a consensus from a panel of experts. Assessing ELSR is a typical multiple-attribute decision making (MADM) problem, and the related MADM methods are usually on the basis of symmetry principles. A hybrid MADM model, called the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL)-based Analytical Network Process (D-ANP), was developed to identify the critical factors influencing ELSR. An analysis of empirical evidence showed that the emergency logistics command and coordination system and the emergency material supply system play important roles in ELSR, while the emergency logistics transportation and distribution system and the emergency information system are not so important. This conclusion is different from previous research about traditional disaster emergency logistics. Moreover, the cause–effect relationships among the key factors indicated that the system of command and coordination for emergency logistics and the supply system for emergency materials should be improved. Accordingly, effective suggestions for emergency logistics services for epidemic prevention are provided in this paper. The main contributions of this paper are (1) establishing a comprehensive and systematic evaluating index of ELSR for epidemic prevention; (2) employing a kind of structured, namely D-ANP, to identify the critical factors with non-commensurable and conflicting (competing) characteristics; and (3) comparing the differences of reliable criteria between the emergency logistics of epidemic prevention and the traditional disaster emergency logistics.

Introduction: The article is devoted to the research of normative regulation of human organs and tissue transplantation in Ukraine and some foreign countries. A considerable part of problem aspects of transplantology in Ukraine is hidden due to the normative and legal base shortcomings, therefore there is a necessity of considering and borrowing foreign experience of legal regulation of this process, a legal regulation of the bases and conditions of providing consent to the removal of organs or refusal of the potential donor and legal consequences of it. The question as for the possibility of consolidating the “consent presumption” on the removal of organs and tissues at the legislative level remains current, but many experts express the idea of inadmissibility of such legislative actions because of the military operations on the territory of Ukraine and the imperfection of state control for the activities of institutions performing transplantation. At the same time, it is obvious that now the legislative regulation of the sphere of transplantology does not meet modern requirements, and creates certain gaps in the Ukrainian legislation. The aim is to determine and concretize problematic issues of legal regulation of the transplantation sphere in Ukraine, to analyze the experience of the successful countries in this direction and to develop an integrated approach to the solution of certain problems. Materials and methods: During the research, international normative acts, national legislation acts and scientific works of scholars were used. The article is based on the dialectical, legal, historical, comparative, systematic methods of research. Review: The analysis of the current situation of legal regulation of the sphere of transplantology in Ukraine has been carried out, the main problems and gaps, which must be eliminated as soon as possible for the real possibility of organ and tissue transplantation operations, are identified. The experience of the most progressive countries that are leaders in the number of transplantation operations is analyzed and their experience has been taken. Conclusions: The solution of this problem is possible only after the transformation of the transplant coordination system, the introduction of the Unified State Information System for transplantation, the training of specialized personnel, the improvement of the technical equipment of medical institutions, and the creation of an effective mechanism for regulating of the human anatomical materials’ transplantation.

Critical thinking has an essential role in the development of 21st-century skills to form students who have a deep understanding of the subject being studied. The use of portfolio assessment is believed to be a means of mastering a subject. This study was aimed to analyze whether the implementation of portfolio assessment in Biology learning in human coordination systems material can improve students' critical thinking skills. This study used a pretest and posttest control group design. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the means posttest score of students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class was 78.28, and the control class was 63.36. The Independent Sample T-Test showed a significant mean difference between the experimental class and the control class. The improvement of critical thinking skills by implementing portfolio assessment was better than the control class. The regression test showed that the contribution of the portfolio assessment to the improvement of critical thinking skills was 19.1%. The results of the analysis showed that the portfolio assessment distributed students in three categories of critical thinking skills were 59.4% in the enough category, 31.3% in the good category, and 9.4% in the very good category. The conclusion is that the implementation of portfolio assessment has a positive effect on increasing students' critical thinking skills in the human coordination system material.
