The structures representing the document flow processes in an organization are considered by synthesizing them from the simplest structures. Presented in the form of graphs the processes of movement of documents become formalized and unambiguously defined. Using classification of typical structures of information flows and available mathematical model of management system, it is possible to formalize processes of movement of documents and their interaction in the form of management model, and also to make technical specification for development of information system and finished formalized statement of the problem of structure-parametric synthesis

School administration is most commonly oriented to daily school activities or routines for the purpose of school maintenance, while management and leadership are linked to changes occurring in school. Ambiguities with respect to selecting a model of management and leadership arise because a significant part of the educational management theory derives from the business sector and has not been entirely adapted to education. Such context recognizes the importance of school documentation which follows a large and complex bureaucratic system. Even though there is generally a negative attitude towards documentation, it should not only revolve around the process of collecting evidence and artifacts but be used to correct and innovate work at both institutional and individual level. It can also be a valuable source for scientific research. By treating documentation in this way, we can give it a role of a reflexive practitioner and a critical friend that provides important information to those who want to listen, which makes it visible listening and pedagogy of listening.

Implementation of the strategy for the development of the fishery complex requires the use of a fundamentally new model of management of its social and labor sphere, based on continuous development of: 1) human potential, 2) work environment (processes and technology), 3) management tools. The most complete and effective solution to these tasks is the concept of labor potential management. Taking into account that labor potential is a difficult-to-formalize object that requires a multi-model approach, it is advisable to use classical and new artificial neural networks to model the processes of managing it. The article presents a multi-level structure of efficiency indicators of intelligent neural network support for decisions on managing the labor potential of the fishery complex and formulates one generalized and sixteen particular tasks, solution of which is carried out by methods of neural network modeling and aimed at achieving specified values of efficiency indicators.

Drawing from a transurban field research conducted in the ride-hailing sector in Paris and Brussels regions, this article investigates platformization as a productive model defined by the articulation of an outsourced labor regime with an algorithmic and data-driven type of management. Beyond the formal sharing of an independent contractor status, nuanced by a variety of positions including salaried work, platform drivers are unified in practice by their common economic dependence on platforms. This situation gives them the role of an adjustment variable in platforms’ commercial strategy, forcing them to raise their work time to adapt to the cost decreases in the mid-2010s, which dramatically reduced their income. To ensure a flexible flow into the workforce, platforms have favored the development of small intermediaries to outsource hiring and thereby skirt labor law and evade taxes. Market pressure is also enforced by its inclusion, with other productive goals such as service fluidity and quality, into a digital model of management inspired by lean production. The application is configured to operate as a device of technical and hegemonic control that incorporates just-in-time and intensification commands. Digital control is completed by the inclusion of a customer feedback system used to implement service standardization and further involvement in work.

The industry of rocket and space engineering is high-tech, has a significant backlog in the field of R&D and is the locomotive of the national cosmonautics. In the context of the centralized management of the industry by the state corporation Roscosmos, and the existing system of cooperation and distribution of government orders, enterprises in the industry feel the need to move to a new level of economic development based on the growth of value added through R&D in manufactured products. One of the promising sources for the development of enterprises of rocket and space engineering can be the management of their science intensity. The model of management of the science intensity of enterprises, based on the structural analysis of research and production activities, involves the management of the ratio of R&D costs to the revenue and profit of the enterprise, which makes it possible to regulate the pricing policy of enterprises in rocket and space engineering, to substantiate many factors affecting the degree of science intensity of products.

The model of management of an economic object in a crisis is developed. Limitations and quality criteria are formed. General scheme of solving the task of minimax program crisis management at an enterprise is detected. The algorithm of the solution of the problem of crisis management of an enterprise taking into account the risks is offered. The main method for solving the problem is the method of detecting the reachable areas. Using this method, we work out the scenario of optimal crisis management in the presence of risks. The proposed algorithm allows to create effective numerous methods for implementing a computer simulation of solution of the problem of risk`s influencing. Simulated tools allow the reducing the risks at information system of crisis management of an enterprise. It opens the perspective of developing computer information systems for support of making effective crisis management decisions in the conditions of uncertainty and lack of information for increasing information security.

This paper is a historical, confessional and ethnographic account of a former change management consultant in a global consulting firm who later went on to complete a PhD in social anthropology. Locating herself as both the researcher and informant, the writer gives her ‘native’ account of one model of management consulting that was based on a proprietary ‘method’. She notes how her undergraduate training in anthropology made her a more effective consultant as she tried to make sense of the culture of various client organizations for the specific purpose of designing and developing training materials. By mapping the ways in which anthropological theory and methodology could be aligned to meet the business goals of her clients, the paper aims to persuade both prospective employers and students alike to see how anthropology can be applied effectively in the business world.
