COVID-19 gives a drastic change in our lifestyle. In education, it effects on motivation, routine and the dilemma in using certain application. The university has taken various proactive measures for ensuring the productivity of their stakeholders. Students and instructors are changing their teaching and learning style which this impact on learning technology usage while having online class. This paper shares COVID-19 story in terms of learning system development online which is challenging for learners and instructors. They need to adjust themselves so that the message is conveyed, and problem is solved during the online class. This paper looks at how the learners and instructors manage their online class by using an online prototype tool, Justinmind, for assisting them to learn system development during COVID-19. The learners have been asked to plan, gather, and design the user interface according to the requirements stated previously. This study found out that there are some difficulties in conducting system development class in online mode since there is a change of routine as well as teaching and learning style. However, the difficulties have been addressed by the utilization of the technology and thus creating more exciting journey for the class regardless of the pandemic era.

Although research has found that student-constructed tests (SCT) have some potential for promoting cognitive elaboration, as yet there are no systems available to support the associated activities. This study designed and developed an SCT learning system guided by the ideology of contribution-based pedagogies, accentuating the principles of adaptability and flexibility. To assess its learning potential, a group of 54 student teachers used the system, and data on their perceptions, generated work, and online log files were collected and analysed. The constant comparative method, descriptive and inferential statistics, and content analysis were employed in the data analysis. Several important findings were obtained. First, a global and macro view accentuating the integration and inter-connectedness of the study material was obtained by the participants based on the SCT activity. Second, a significant proportion of the participants considered SCT as their preferred assessment and learning approach, highlighting its affective and cognitive potential, in comparison to the traditional teacher-constructed tests. Third, SCT encouraged a majority of students to generate questions involving cross-chapter topics and engage in question revision behaviour to different extents, indicative of knowledge integration and elaboration. Significance of this study and suggestions for instructional implementations, online system development, and future study are provided.

This article will explain asynchronous learn- ing system using attractive discussion forums and video teaching materials features for user so that the devel- opment of both features will increase e-learning system usage by students and lecturers which can eventually im- prove the students’ absorption on the provided teaching materials, increase the active participation of students, improve self-learning ability, and to improve the quality of learning materials. The method used in this study by distributing questionnaires in online form to stakeholders users consisting of lecturers and students with the num- ber of respondents is 225 people and author use model ADDIE which focuses on Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation as development design. Results of this study is an application of web-based asynchronous learning which can be used by students and lecturers with the results of the application evaluation is based on a survey to students and lecturers. From this study, can be concluded that to support online learning with asynchronous method using the video learning feature in online lecture needs to be developed in order to support the science transformation process from lecturers to students. Attractive video teaching materials model for students has characteristics such as screen shots and presentation models.

SMK PGRI 1 JAKARTA is an educational institution that is on the road PLK II no.25 East Jakarta. Learning system that occurs in SMK PGRI 1 JAKARTA is still done in a conventional way, which the teachers and students do the teaching and learning process with face to face in a classroom. Conventional learning system, the teacher is unable to attend with a goal or time that is not sufficient in the delivery of subjects. Then there will be ineffectiveness of teaching and learning process. With the identification of problems above, it can be concluded that SMK PGRI 1 requires an online-based learning media that can help teachers and students in the effectiveness of learning in SMK PGRI 1. Research methods used in this paper is the technique of data writing and system development model. Problems that exist in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta among them is the absence of online learning media, teaching methods are still done directly in the classroom, Limited time of study in class so that materials that require discussion in a long time should be explained in a short time and if the teacher unable to attend for a reason it will result in delayed delivery of material that has been adjusted based on the curriculum, Lack of efficiency and practicality for students in obtaining material or collecting tasks. Because there are still many teachers in providing materials and gathering tasks conventionally or manually, so that felt inefficient in time and energy.

Human-computer interaction (HCI) is a discipline concerned with the study, design, and development of high-usability interactive systems (ISs) focusing on users’ needs and their experiences with technologies, among others. In a simplified way, the usability of an IS refers to how easy it is to use and to learn. HCI is a very broad discipline that encompasses different specialties with different concerns regarding computer development: software engineering (SE) is concerned with the design and development of high-quality ISs focusing on schedule, budget, communication, and productivity. The quality of an IS refers to how satisfied the system clients and/or users are, verifying whether the system is performing exactly what was requested. In order to achieve both IS usability and quality, it is necessary to go beyond designing user interfaces (UIs) and that they are easier to use and learn. It is important to define methods and use techniques (as ethnographic, semiotic, prototypes), which help designers to understand HCI concepts and build better interactive artifacts (as widgets) and to understand the effects that systems will have on humans (Cooper & Reimann, 2003). Some HCI concepts are characteristics of users (such as their preferences, language, culture, and system experience) and their contexts of use (such as great familiarity with a device, easy accessibility, and good luminosity of the environment). In the interactive learning context, it is necessary to consider HCI concepts into an interactive learning system development method. The pedagogic usability of an interactive learning system is related to how easy and effective it is for a student to learn something using multiple devices (such as palm, camera, cell phone) to interact with the system. For these reasons, it is important not only to think about the IS quality, but about its usability as well. In this text, an interactive learning system is composed of a virtual learning environment (VLE), with tools to support a collaborative learning and interactive course materials available for the users through this environment. So, it is important not only to think about the VLE usability, but also about the interactive course material usability.

Along with the mobile network techniques become more progressive and perfect, the mobile terminal is as a kind of tool, way and assisting power. Its role and status has become more and more significant in the field of intelligent teaching system development. It combines the traditional intelligent teaching system and mobile learning system and make full use of them, in order to adapt to the intelligent teaching system development needs in mobile environment. It is a hot research direction of the current intelligent teaching system.Based on the analysis of the development history of intelligent teaching system, Multi-AGENT system key technology and mobile environment requirement on intelligent teaching system, this paper puts forward a intelligent teaching system model under four layer structure of the mobile environment based on Multi-AGENT.
