Experimental teaching is an important part of higher education. It has an effect that cannot be replaced on training innovative talents. The experimental teaching reform must be carried out to really realize the cultivation of innovative talents. This paper introduces the basic concepts of CDIO, and analyzes the deficiency of the traditional experimental teaching based on CDIO engineering theory. Teaching method, teaching patterns and so on is carried on the beneficial discussion and in practice. Some reform measures are put forward. Good teaching effect is obtained. The students' learning enthusiasm and innovation practice ability is greatly enhanced.

Student is the subject of the experimental teaching activities, cultivating the ability of independent study and technological innovation is the main aspect in experimental teaching reform. This paper analyzed the problems of traditional teaching model, explored and practiced the multilevel experimental teaching pattern which is based on the blended learning, it made the teachers fully play the leading role, and it fully reflected the subject status of students, it also roused the enthusiasm of students by the use of multi-platforms, media and environments. The multilevel experimental teaching pattern which is based on the blended learning can effectively cultivate the innovation ability of students, and it has achieved good results in practice.

Oriented education "outstanding engineers training plan", combined with the characteristics of university students after 90, teaching method required in the civil engineering undergraduate experiment is studied. To the "principle of concrete structure" experimental teaching reform as an example, it builds an organic experiment teaching platform with theoretical teaching across the curriculum, concrete structure associated , the "Yang section flexural bearing capacity of reinforced concrete demonstration experiments" optimize the comprehensive design experiments, has been clear about the experiment of hardware, software, data organization, management, etc. Thus it provides a certain reference basis for excellence in civil engineering undergraduate experiment teaching.
