In new media era, the network coverage is wider, application of mobile terminals is more convenient, speed of information dissemination is fully accelerated, scope of dissemination is wider and people's access to information is more diversified. Therefore, the current media has become an indispensable part of human’s lives such as changing the way human live, work, learn and communicate daily. In this context, it is compulsory to improve the traditional teaching methods in order to keep in pace with the fast development and promote art education through the combination of technology and art. This paper analyses the current situation of digital media art teaching and the construction path of teaching model in the new media era.

The progress and popularization of the mobile Internet herald the age of Internet plus education. With the deepening of education reform, China raises new requirements on the key competencies of students. Focusing on the cultivation of these competencies, this paper develops an innovative method for digital media education based on mobile Internet technology. After surveying the current learning state of students majoring in digital media, the authors proposed a blended teaching model with digital media based on mobile Internet technology. There are four parts of the model, namely, frontend analysis, online autonomous learning, offline teaching, and after-class online evaluation. The design of each part was described in details. Then, the proposed model was applied to the Poster Design course of digital media major. Comparative analysis shows that the model promotes students’ learning efficiency, and their key competencies, and receives high recognition from the students. This research provides new impetus to the innovation of digital media education based on mobile Internet technology.

<p class="Abstractandkeywordscontent"><span lang="EN-US">In recent years, the expansion of higher education in Brazil has led to a series of demands related to aspects concerning training at the college level. These processes relate to: academics, professionals, entering in the labor market, among others. In this context, an important aspect is the quality of the courses. Thus, the evaluation becomes a critical diagnostic process of reality and starting point for possible interventions to be put in practice by the coordinators of the programs. This article presents the results of a questionnaire administered at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), especially to  Systems &amp; Digital Media and Engineering Programs professors. This research aims to identify how the professors from each department see the administrative procedures developed by the departments and also investigate the possibility of using Principal Components Analysis (PCA) as a support for management of the higher education training. The methodology included the implementation of Likert scale questionnaire and subsequent mathematical treatment with PCA. The results indicate the potential application of PCA to support the management of higher education; it was possible to extract preliminaries inferences related to management methods and their characteristics. <span class="hps">This suggests</span> <span class="hps">the possibility</span> <span class="hps">of developing the</span> <span class="hps">Educametrics field.</span> </span></p>

This article is mainly based on the teaching model of “artistic and industrial integration, school and enterprise cooperation”. On the basis of the existing teaching resources of art-industry combination, it proposes reform strategies for the teaching of Digital Media in colleges and universities. This article analyzes the problems existing in the “combination of art and work” teaching model of the Digital Media major, formulate teaching plans and teaching content for Digital Media majors through the analysis of the current deficiencies of teaching, and further explores teaching reform strategies, so as to cultivate versatile talents with practical abilities and innovative spirit to society.
