China, which is at an important stage of economic transformation, is facing the double pressure of an aging population and a shortage of skilled workers. The vocational education system in China today cannot meet the development needs of the national economy. Germany’s successful experience of general-vocational streaming has some significance for the current unbalanced talent structure in China. At the same time, in the process of implementing education streaming, we should also pay attention to the generation of students’ self-identity and help them complete their career planning; vocational schools themselves should promote the quality of teaching, improve the vocational education system and school-enterprise cooperation system to fill the talent needs of China’s economic development in the new era. Over the past years, the educational pattern of vocational colleges and the top priority in education are undergoing substantial and qualitative transformations with incremental deepening of reform of China's vocational education. The new educational concept of vocational colleges is to upgrade and transform into the educational pattern of "Teachers with the Teaching Capability both in Teaching and Theory" based on the combination of school and enterprise, so the educational pattern of the combination of colleges and enterprises has become a significant feature of the transformation of vocational education. At present, enterprises have been deeply involved in the daily teaching planning of vocational colleges, which not only pay attention to the subject status of students, but also render practical teaching as the teaching focus, so as to give constructive suggestions for improving students' professional skills and social ability. With the transformation and upgrading of undergraduate universities to Application-oriented universities, university-enterprise cooperation and innovation education have become the only way to cultivate talents. With the continuous development of "the new engineering," a new round of teaching reform and teaching innovation construction in colleges and universities has been carried out in full swing. Under the current new education environment, university-enterprise cooperation is a necessary form of teaching reform in the recent engineering construction of universities. Adapting to "the new engineering" under the education development direction has become the point of contributions to its positive impact and the new starting point of the related teaching management research. Based on the college of information science and technology practice in our school, this paper takes the practice base of computer specialty co-built by school and enterprise for many years as the research object. It summarizes the implementation process of the training of "the new engineering" talents. It makes an exploratory conception of the construction idea of the practice base of School-enterprise cooperation under the new situation.

The SEC teaching management platform provides a good support for school-enterprise cooperation. This paper conducts research on the SEC management information platform based on the B/S architecture. On the basis of the analysis of the relevant functional needs of the system, the overall functional framework of the system includes the college management platform, enterprise management platform, resource-sharing platform, and user login platform, then the B/S architecture is used to develop the SEC teaching management platform, and the test experiments of the SEC teaching management platform are carried out. The maximum number of concurrent tests shows that the maximum number of concurrencies of the platform is 989. Through the system response time test, the system response time is between 0.2 and 0.45, which meets the system response time requirements. In the CPU use test, the CPU share of the system was between 25% and 31%, meeting the needs of the system. From the above experimental results, the system is relatively high.

Practical teaching is an important teaching link in safety engineering. It plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating innovative spirit and practical ability. At present, there is a series of problems in practical teaching of safety engineering in China, such as the incomplete practical teaching system, the substandard teaching organization, and the lack of funds. Drawing on the best practice of Anhui University of Science & Technology (AUST), this paper puts forward a basket of measures to cultivate the practical and innovative abilities of students in safety engineering. The specific measures include developing “peak” disciplines, fusing multi-discipline theories, setting up school-enterprise cooperation platforms, deepening second-classroom education, and promoting institutional construction. Our measures help local colleges to train advanced safety engineering talents with practical and innovative abilities.
