Information technology has developed rapidly from time to time. One of the technologies commonly owned by many people today is smartphones with the Android and IOS platforms. By knowing this factor, mobile developers compete with each other to design applications with attractive user interfaces so that users are interested in using them. At this stage in mobile application development, starting from designing a user interface prototype. This stage aims to visualize user needs, improve user experience and simplify the coding process by programmers. In this study, researchers applied the prototype method. This research produces a prototype design for the e-learning application user interface which consists of a high fidelity prototype.

Abstract. In recent years many methods for statistical downscaling of the climate model outputs have been developed. Each statistical downscaling method (SDM) has strengths and limitations, but those are rarely evaluated. This paper proposes an approach to evaluate the skill of SDMs for the specific purpose of impact analysis in hydrology. The skill is evaluated by the verification of the general statistical downscaling assumptions, and by the perfect predictor experiment that includes hydrological impact analysis. The approach has been tested for an advanced weather typing based SDM and for impact analysis on river peak flows in a Belgian river catchment. Significant shortcomings of the selected SDM were uncovered such as biases in the frequency of weather types and non-stationarities in the extreme precipitation distribution per weather type. Such evaluation of SDMs becomes of use for future tailoring of SDM ensembles to end user needs.

The aim of this research is to explore the most important features of interactive learning and its impact on the success of the educational process by discussing the educational methods used in the educational institutions and presenting the most important problems observed by students and teachers in the traditional educational process, In the educational institutions, and then try to explore the weakness of the educational process in which students find it difficult to education, by asking a questionnaire directed to different segments of the students were randomly selected from some of the university Which showed the need for students to introduce modern methods in education to increase the effectiveness of education and access to the ability to communicate more with teachers, so we have looked at the most important techniques that entered the educational process (electronic board, Which led to the transformation of the teaching process from its traditional form to interactive e-learning. Thus, relying on MVC technology, we introduced a reliable e-learning model to help interact between the learning process Taking into account the results of the questionnaire we have presented in advance. This model helps to standardize the various e-learning systems as a general framework that can be applied in different languages Software, and can handle various end-user operating platforms such as mobile phones with their various systems, computers, tablets and others.

Evaluating e-learning is an important measure for quality control, which aims to improve the whole e-learning environment through taking into consideration users’ perceptions and needs, as well as participants, stakeholders, and institutions. However, literature does indicate that institutions are only using e-learning as a repository for uploading academic materials, instead of taking into consideration of features and the learner. This chapter examines a variety of evaluation techniques adopted from e-learning, personalised learning, and User Modelling to suggest improvements within the industry to challenge the end users’ perceptions of on-line education.

Lately, user quality of experience (QoE) during their interaction with a system is a significant factor in the assessment of most systems. However, user QoE is dependent not only on the content served to the users, but also on the performance of the service provided. This chapter describes a novel QoE layer that extends the features of classic adaptive e-learning systems in order to consider delivery performance in the adaptation process and help in providing good user perceived QoE during the learning process. An experimental study compared a classic adaptive e-learning system with one enhanced with the proposed QoE layer. The result analysis compares learner outcome, learning performance, visual quality and usability of the two systems and shows how the QoE layer brings significant benefits to user satisfaction improving the overall learning process.
