In the implementation of every substance of education management in it, it must start from the planning process to the final process (supervision). Supervision can affect the planning process that will come, because with supervision can be known weaknesses and errors that occur so that it can be avoided in the future. Supervision must be done as well as possible so that the goals achieved can be realized. Supervision is a systematic effort to establish performance standards in planning to design an information feedback system, to compare actual performance with predetermined standards, to determine whether a deviation has occurred, and to take corrective actions needed to ensure that all resources education has been used as effectively and efficiently as possible to achieve educational goals

Since Topographical Key Register has become an open data the amount of users increased enormously. The highest grow was in the private users group. The increasing number of users and their growing demand for high actuality of the topographic data sets motivates the Dutch Kadaster to innovate and improve the Topographical Key Register (BRT). One of the initiatives was to provide a voluntary geographical information project aiming at providing a user-friendly feedback system adjusted to all kinds of user groups. The feedback system is a compulsory element of the Topographical Key Register in the Netherlands. The Dutch Kadaster is obliged to deliver a feedback system and the key-users are obliged to use it. The aim of the feedback system is to improve the quality and stimulate the usage of the data. The results of the pilot shows that the user-friendly and open to everyone feedback system contributes enormously to improve the quality of the topographic dataset.

Shape memory alloys show remarkable potentials as actuators and elastic elements. Due to their compact design smallest actuators with multifunctional properties can be implemented in small installation space, even in hand tools. The publication focuses on a comparison between technical SMA specifications and future perspectives regarding hand tools and portable automated tool systems. Within this publication two examples of innovative systems are discussed: A haptic information feedback system based on SMA wires implemented in handles for communication between user and tool is presented as well as an automated installation ring opener.
