Online community marketing and social media influencer marketing have aroused the interest of many researchers and practitioners around the world. Companies building online content communities to implement community marketing and influencer marketing has become a new corporate strategy, especially in the tourism and hotel industries in which experiential products are sold. However, based on the content community, maintaining the sustainable development of a consumer advice network composed of opinion leaders and consumers is a major challenge. This paper selects the travel content community of Qunar.com as the research object to study the role of opinion leaders in the sustainable development of corporate-led consumer advice networks (CANs). Empirical evidence based on network evolution data from 1356 “Hotel Sleep Testers” across 11 years shows that: (1) the creation and provision of information can obviously increase the probability of the relationship construction and increase the number of relationships, thus facilitating the formation of opinion leadership (OL); (2) active participation in interactions and withhigh-quality information brings greater effects; (3) the network structure variables, such as preferential attachment, structural equivalence, and similarity, can also better predict the probability of a potential relationship; and (4) reciprocity in consumer advice networks has no significant impact on the establishment of network relationships.

Abstract Advanced 3D scanning technology has been widely used in many industries to collect the massive point cloud data of artifacts for part dimension measurement and shape analysis. Though point cloud data also has product surface quality information, it is challenging to conduct effective surface anomaly classification due to the complex data representation, high-dimensionality, and inconsistent size of the 3D point cloud data within each sample. To deal with these challenges, this paper proposes a tensor voting based approach for anomaly classification of artifact surfaces. A case study based on 3D scanned data obtained from a manufacturing plant shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Objectives: The aim of the present study is to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the information provided in the videos about the clear aligner on the Youtube video platform, an internet information source. Materials and Methods: A video search was performed on the Youtube video platform using three keywords determined with the Google Trends application. After the videos were ranked based on their view counts, a total of 75 videos were analyzed, 47 being the first for each term. After applying the exclusion criteria (repetitive content, no audio content or title information, irrelevant to the topic, only promotional content, duration over 15 min, and addressing other orthodontic treatments), the remaining 47 videos were evaluated. Regarding the videos, the following parameters were recorded: View count, number of likes, number of dislikes, number of comments, video duration, and days since the uploaded date. A scoring system consisting of seven parameters was used to classify the video content quality as low and high. The video information and quality index were utilized to evaluate the quality of the videos universally. Statistical analyses were performed with Stata/IC computer program using Shapiro–Wilks, Kruskall–Wallis, Mann–Whitney U, and linear regression (Backward method) tests. Statistical significance value was set at P < 0.05. Results: Evaluation of the videos based on their upload source revealed that 27 videos were downloaded from individuals, ten videos from doctors and ten videos from commercial sources, and the number of subscribers to these sources varied significantly (P < 0.05). Evaluation of the videos based on the information provided, revealed that 32 videos had poor quality, ten videos had moderate quality and five videos had good quality information content, and the video durations varied significantly (P < 0.05). It was seen that of the 75 videos viewed, only 10 (13.3%) provided information of moderate-good quality. The number of likes was found to be the parameter that significantly affects the view count (P < 0.05). Conclusion: YouTube videos prove insufficient as a source of information on orthodontic treatment with clear aligner. Health-care professionals should be aware of online platforms to ensure that patients can access accurate information.

This research examined the effect of the cost of produced goods on pricing strategies in the process of strategic decision. Also examined in this research is the extended effect of pricing strategies on consumers purchase decision making. The research aimed to answer questions on the extent to which cost of produced goods affects pricing strategies of products, how decision makers realize the value-based pricing strategy of corporations and the extent to which pricing policy help consumers to make purchase decisions. This research being historical and descriptive depended basically on secondary sources of information. The research used a historical and descriptive method and depended basically and simply on secondary devices as sources of data. Results from the data acquired reference that customers have an understanding of fair value reflected in prices of the firm's products. The researcher will use both analytical and descriptive methods which appropriate the context of the current research which is generally based on the theoretical underpinnings and fieldwork. The outcomes indicate that the cost of produced products used in organizations provides quality information; there is an effect of this information on the pricing decision-making; there are parts in which pricing strategy much relied on the information provided by the cost systems.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the global news industry to adapt to the current crisis. In some Global South countries, challenges have also come from an existing political instability and economic limitations. Indonesia represents a Global South country where its journalists have struggled to maintain the quality of news while many have faced layoffs. This research involved a survey data with 100 respondents, some interviews and observations, which indicated that in the COVID-19 pandemic Indonesian journalists have been severely affected and are not sufficiently equipped or prepared to face any accelerated and sudden changes caused by the coronavirus. However, in some instances, journalists have been able to deploy advanced digital technology and work collaboratively to provide quality information during the pandemic. The article argues that mastering journalism data and collaborative work should be embraced to enhance the resilience of the journalist community.

The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting business, society, and education worldwide. In particular, it is an example of a non-face-to-face approach in commerce and education. As the pandemic has lasted for nearly two years in Korea, online remote learning has been held at universities for four semesters. There are learning management systems (LMSs) and real-time Zoom lectures for the types of online remote learning widely used at Korean universities, and students and professors are adapting with some difficulties due to the unfamiliar lecture environment. Assessment of students’ online remote learning is essential in reinforcing strengths and compensating for weaknesses. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between online remote learning quality (system quality, information quality, and service quality), flow, and learner satisfaction, and the implications are presented. A survey was conducted on 182 university students, and the structural equation model of AMOS 21.0 was used to analyze the research hypothesis. The results of the empirical analysis were as follows. First, system quality, information quality, and service quality had a positive effect on flow. Second, system quality, information quality, and service quality had a positive effect on learner satisfaction. Third, flow had a positive effect on learner satisfaction. It seems that online remote learning in university is becoming a new normal. In conclusion, the implications and limitations of this study are presented.

This study aims  to  provide empirically the effect of system quality, information quality and training on performance as well as the effect of mediating satisfaction on the effect of system quality, information quality and training on the performance of village financial information system users (Siskeudes) in East Lombok Regency. The method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, with a sample of 71 village treasurers. The results showed that system quality, information quality and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance and satisfaction partially mediated the effect of system quality, information quality and training on the performance of village financial information system users (SISKEUDES) in East Lombok Regency. Internet’s online information services can deliver high-quality services to the public while eliminating social alienation and virus transmission. From 2013 until the fourth quarter of 2020, China has had the highest number of Internet users in the world. Public access to information in the health care business in China is mostly through the Internet. In the healthcare business, high-quality information services are the fundamental obstacle because of their importance and effect on human lives. This article uses Chinese hospitals as a case study, covering assessment system development and empirical research. A total of 217 questionnaires were issued, 212 of which were valid, and the effective rate was 97.6 percent. The outcomes of the research show that the extensive epidemiological information services of the hospital website during an epidemic outbreak have a significant influence on the public’s use of the hospital website. Secondly, high-quality epidemic-related information services are critical to enhancing website information services during outbreaks. Finally, in the epidemic, the high-quality service of the hospital’s website has a greater impact on the worth of information in comparison to the content of information service.

The present paper focuses on the architectural and constructional features required to ensure that building envelope renovation are safe, functional, and adaptable to the building stock, with particular focus on “plug and play” modular facade construction systems. It presents the design of one such system and how it addresses these issues. The outcome of early-stage functional test with a full-scale mock-up system, as well as its applicability to a real construction project is presented. It is found crucial to obtain high quality information about the status of the existing façade with the use of modern technologies such as topographic surveys or 3D scans and point cloud. Detailed design processes are required to ensure the compatibility of manufacture and installation tolerances, along with anchor systems that deliver flexibility for adjustment, and construction processes adapting standard installation methods to the architectural particularities of each case that may hinder its use or require some modification in each situation. This prefabricated plug and play modular system has been tested by reproducing the holistic methodology and new technologies in the market by means of real demonstrators. When compared to more conventional construction methods, this system achieves savings in a real case of 50% (time), 30% (materials) and 25% (waste), thus achieving significant economic savings.
