The features of the resource approach in the formation of industrial policy are characterized, the main tasks of the industrial development of Russian enterprises are formulated. The resource approach allows you to have a variety of modifications of the considered criteria, depending on factors affecting the development of the industrial potential of enterprises and organizations. A set of existing legal acts is considered. Management algorithms for solving strategic planning problems are proposed.

- In an environment with increasing competition, the importance of taking care of customers through marketing, high quality service and after sale support has been shown to be crucial for getting competitive advantage. In spite of the clear evidence that technical innovations are not, by themselves, a guarantee of business success, a high number of firms in Italy seem not to pay attention to those factors affecting the level of perceived quality and still invest only in technical change and new equipment. In this paper, taking into account the Swedish experience in terms of industrial policy, we develop an analytical framework useful for a policy toward marketing innovation. Keywords: two-sided market, innovation, industrial policy Parole chiave: innovazione, effetti incrociati di rete, politica industriale Jel Classification: L29 - L93

Background: The pharmaceutical industry has a significant impact on the promotion of health and safety indicators in society. In this knowledge-based industry, the development of companies in complex environments is a function of innovative research, investment, and government regulation to maintain and survive. Given the technical knowledge and specific supportive laws (e.g., patents), being active in such an industry is one of the important criteria in developing countries. Therefore, the generic plan was implemented in Iran with the prospect of taking practical steps toward achieving drug self-sufficiency and acquiring the rank of manufactured pharmaceutical raw materials and branded drugs. Objectives: This study, therefore, aimed to investigate factors affecting innovation performance in establishing a generic plan in the pharmaceutical industry of developing countries. Methods: The statistical population in this descriptive survey consisted of PhD experts involved in the Iranian pharmaceutical industry. To this end, 42 standard questionnaires were distributed based on the conceptual model of the research. Next, the effects of the research variables were analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) structural equations. Results: According to the results, research and development (R&D), product innovation, process innovation, and organization size significantly positively affected innovation performance. In comparison, knowledge management did not substantially affect innovation performance in the Iranian pharmaceutical industry. Conclusions: Due to the introspective developmental approach and the lack of effective communication, a major failure of the generic plan is witnessed within the pharmaceutical industry.

Lithium-ion batteries have attracted widespread attention as new energy storage materials, and electrode materials, especially cathode materials, are the main factors affecting the electrochemical performance of lithium-ion batteries, and they also determine the cost of preparing lithium-ion batteries. In recent years, there have been a lot of researches on the selection and modification of cathode materials based on lithium-ion batteries to continuously optimize the electrochemical performance of lithium-ion batteries. This article introduces the research progress of cathode materials for lithium ion batteries, including three types of cathode materials (layer oxide, spinel oxide, polyanionic compound) and three modification methods (doping modification, surface coating modification, nano modification method), and prospects for the future development of lithium ion battery cathode materials.

AbstractThree main tools to study graphs mathematically are to make use of the vertex degrees, distances and matrices. The classical graph energy was defined by means of the adjacency matrix in 1978 by Gutman and has a large number of applications in chemistry, physics and related areas. As a result of its importance and numerous applications, several modifications of the notion of energy have been introduced since then. Most of them are defined by means of graph matrices constructed by vertex degrees. In this paper we define another type of energy called q-distance energy by means of distances and matrices. We study some fundamental properties and also establish some upper and lower bounds for this new energy type.
