The ability of IMC-80BH corrosion inhibitor is proven to be excellent in earlier indoor static and flowing evaluation and it is worthwhile to determine the inhibitor concentration to maintain the optimum concentration for the sake of effective gas well protection. A improved concentration determination method is aboratively investigated. The maximum absorption wavelengths, buffer solution, reaction time and additive dosage of chromogenic reagent XD are detected successively and the standard curve of liquid phase behaves better than oil gas. The sample verification demonstrates that such determination measurement is reliable and precise. The four representative gas wells including G8-7, S59, W26-5 and G49-6 in service are also determined. The determination result offered substantial basis to analyze and select appropriate inhibitor injection program and dosage.

A FIA-FAAS apparatus containing a six-channel sorption equipment with five 3 x 26 mm microcolumns packed with Spheron Oxin 1 000, Ostsorb Oxin and Ostsorb DTTA was set up. Combined with sorption from 0.002M acetate buffer at pH 4.2 and desorption with 2M-HCl, copper can be determined at concentrations up to 100, 150 and 200 μg l-1, respectively. For sample and eluent flow rates of 5.0 and 4.0 ml min-1, respectively, and a sample injection time of 5 min, the limit of copper determination is LQ = 0.3 μg l-1, repeatability sr is better than 2% and recovery is R = 100 ± 2%. The enrichment factor is on the order of 102 and is a linear function of time (volume) of sample injection up to 5 min and of the sample injection flow rate up to 11 ml min-1 for Spheron Oxin 1 000 and Ostsorb DTTA. For times of sorption of 60 and 300 s, the sampling frequency is 70 and 35 samples/h, respectively. The parameters of the FIA-FAAS determination (acetylene-air flame) are comparable to or better than those achieved by ETA AAS. The method was applied to the determination of traces of copper in high-purity water.

Results from a series of experiments to investigate whether centrifugal compressor stability could be improved by injecting air through the diffuser hub surface are reported. The research was conducted in a 4:1 pressure ratio centrifugal compressor configured with a vane-island diffuser. Injector nozzles were located just upstream of the leading edge of the diffuser vanes. Nozzle orientations were set to produce injected streams angled at −8, 0, and +8 degrees relative to the vane mean camber line. Several injection flow rates were tested using both an external air supply and recirculation from the diffuser exit. Compressor flow range did not improve at any injection flow rate that was tested, and generally diminished as injection rate increased. Compressor flow range did improve slightly at zero injection due to the flow resistance created by injector openings on the hub surface. Resistance and flow range both increased as the injector orientation was turned toward radial. Leading edge loading and semivaneless space diffusion showed trends that are similar to those reported earlier from shroud surface experiments that did improve compressor range. Opposite trends are seen for hub injection cases where compressor flow range decreased. The hub injection data further explain the range improvement provided by shroud-side injection and suggest that stability factors cited in the discussion of shroud surface techniques are valid. The results also suggest that a different application of hub-side techniques may produce a range improvement in centrifugal compressors.

To solve virtual access to distributed oil-gas field data, a new distributed data access model is used to virtual data access center integration platform in oil-gas field.By introducing multi-task cooperative agent (MTCA-DDA), collaboration of MTCA-DDA can efficiently solve distributed data access collaboration problem. Failure server scheme guarantees distributed data continous access. Periodic exchange and data cache mechanism greatly improve data distributed store and access speed.Virtual data access center integration platform shows MTCA-DDA model can improve data access efficiency and enhance the reliability of data access.MTCA-DDA model with periodic exchange and data cache can effectively solve storage and reliability of massive distributed data access and provides a new way for similar distributed application.
