Taking the advantages of high permeability and high strength, pervious concrete piles is suitable for improving ground bearing capacity and reduce the post-construction settlement, so pervious concrete pile composite foundation is a new foundation treatment. As pervious concrete piles were designed to accelerate soil consolidation and improve the ground bearing capacity, so model test of pervious concrete piles were conducted to evaluate the consolidation effect. Pervious concrete with porosity 20%, 25%, 30% and 35% was designed to compare the strength and permeability, and the porosity of 30% was selected, so the pile was made for the model test. Compared with impervious concrete pile composite foundation, as the pervious pile shortens the drainage path, pervious concrete pile composite foundation can shorten the consolidation time by about 30.3% and significantly reduce the peak value of excess pore pressure. With the increase of load and consolidation rate of soil around the pile, the stress ratio of pervious concrete pile increase first, then decrease and tend to be flat.

The differential and large settlement may have a great effect on the construction and maintenance of highway. Based on the study of concrete pile composite foundation, the effect of concrete pile composite foundation on reinforcement and influence factors of settlement are analyzed in the paper. The effects of pile modulus and embankment modulus on settlement with numerical simulation method are analyzed in the paper. The result of numerical simulation method is that the settlement of embankment may be reduced with the method of concrete pile composite foundation and pile modulus may have a great effect and embankment modulus may have some effect on the settlement of embankment.

The new CFG pile-board structure composite foundation is a ground treatment technique based on CFG pile foundation and pile-board structure composite foundation. It can make full use of the load distributing function of board, the bearing capacity and the deformation compatibility of soil between piles, by taking advantage of the pile-platform-soil interaction. A part of soft ground in a high-speed railway was taken as the engineering background and study object. The settlement controlling effect of common CFG pile ground and new CFG pile-board structure composite foundation were analyzed by finite element numerical method, and various factors to the effect on settlement-controlling were discussed. Pile-soil stress ratio of CFG pile and reinforced concrete pile were studied. Some useful conclusions of the numerical simulation of the new CFG pile-board structure composite foundation were obtained.
