Energy saving always attracts many countries'attentions. Energy saving reform of the existing buildings was accepted in many countries. There are a lot of innovation in energy saving. In this paper, we believe that TRIZ can solve these problems in energy saving. Then, we constructed a model of energy-saving based on TRIZ. This model proposed preliminary solutions by using TRIZ in energy saving. TRIZ will be applied more in this field.

Energy conservation guides and supports people to save energy of existing buildings energy through policy guidance and painstaking ideological work. Through demonstration projects, a set of building energy efficiency market transformation model has been formed. This paper introduces the overview of the building, room function, the air conditioning system, maintenance of the structure as the fundamental basis for energy saving. On this basis, suitable energy-saving proposals and measures for the building are proposed.

It is essential to find out the thermal property of building envelope in order to design economical and reasonable scheme of energy-saving reconstruction. Field testing is a method of receiving the thermal property of envelope when existing buildings are reconstructed. In this paper, we focus on the need for obtaining the thermal transfer coefficient. A methoddouble-sided heat flow meter was introduced and used to test the thermal property of wall. The testing results show that it provides a feasible method for colleting basal data of energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings.

Abstract. In view of the status of existing buildings in northwest of Liaoning, most of which are lack of energy-saving practices and appear poor comfort, this paper starts from the energy saving concept, aims at figuring out the energy saving measures for cold regions, such as northwest of Liaoning province. The research includes analyzing energy-saving methods, steps and initiatives. Based on these, this paper also proposes specific technical practices to overcome the shortcomings of the existing buildings on energy conservation, and gives advices on how to reduce energy consumption and improve the quality of people’s living and working environment.

One of the most important issues in the implementation of energy saving measures is a proper evaluation of possible energy savings. If energy savings are overestimated in an energy audit (EA), a situation may occur where after the renovation, the implemented energy saving measures is not paid back or their pay back time is longer than expected before the funds (mostly loaned) were invested. To avoid such a situation, the procedure of a building's energy audit should involve the correction of calculated heat balance according to its real heat consumption, recalculated to the nonnative conditions. In manipulating different building parameters of not exact meanings, it is necessary to attain that the building's heat demand before renovation (theoretically calculated by the same methodology and parameters as demand after renovation) would be as close as possible to the actual heat consumption, recalculated under normative conditions. Only after such a fitting of the actual and theoretical heat demands (decomposition of building heat balance and correction of its components) is it possible to have a reasonable assessment of the feasible heat savings, after the implementation of heat saving measures. The aim of this work is to disclose some peculiarities of building heat balance that is used for energy audit calculations of existing buildings, to offer a calculation methodology evaluating these peculiarities, to show evidently the importance of the investigated problem.
