Previous studies have showed that Cu‐mediated Aβ aggregation pathways lead to formation of neurotoxic Aβ oligomers. Herein, we reported a series of picolinic acid‐based Cu‐activatable sensors, which can be used for the fluorescence imaging of Cu‐rich Aβ aggregates.</div>
