Material properties of the plantar aponeurosis were determined by a two-dimensional video tracking method to simultaneously measure the aponeurosis deformation. Failure loads averaged 1189 ± 244 N and were higher in men. Average stiffness of the intact fascia was 203.7 ± 50.5 N/mm at a loading rate of 11.12 N/sec and it did not vary significantly for the loading rates of 11.12 to 1112 N/sec. The high tensile loads required for failure were consistent with clinical and biomechanical studies and indicated the importance of the aponeurosis in foot function and arch stability.

Focusing on the problems of target deformation, occlusion, background interference and rotation, a robust video tracking method is proposed in this paper, which is based on the superpixels and dynamic graph matching. Firstly, to make the superpixels edge fit better and structure tighter, the local gradient feature is fused into the simple linear iterative clustering (SLIC) method. Secondly, the candidate target superpixels set is generated by Graph Cuts and to obtain more accurate foreground superpixels set, the LASVM classification results are fused into the Graph Cuts energy function. Thirdly, in order to make the proposed tracker more robust, the color local entropy is fused into the diagonal elements of the affinity matrix. Experiment results show that the proposed algorithm has strong robustness and better tracking accuracy.

In order to solve some high-complexity problem including traditional video tracking method, pedestrian movement shelter and calculation, target pedestrian detection technology basing on the video track is proposed. By collecting prospect of video and picture dealing technology, detecting and tracking moving target, detecting and analyzing the data of video, the result shows that this way is more accurate than traditional way and it can clearly draw the moving track of pedestrian.
