To meet the scheduling demands of dispatching the agricultural machinery to the reasonable farmlands, time-windows based temporal and spatial scheduling model for agricultural machinery resources was built, which serialized decision-making processes and got optimal solutions for each process. The experiment results showed that the model could perform well in practice, which improved the management and working efficiency of the agricultural association.

To promote the integration and optimal allocation of agricultural machinery resources to achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency, the scheduling problem of agricultural machinery in agricultural machinery cooperatives based on the trans-regional operation mode was studied in this paper, Considering multiple agricultural machinery points, multiple types, operation time windows, space distance and other factors, the multi-objective programming mathematical model with the lowest total cost of deployment, the highest service punctuality and the least use of harvester was established by applying path optimization and theory of job shop scheduling. NSGA-II was used to solve the model in this paper. According to the model features, this paper designed chromosome coding and the process of emergence, crossover and variation of initial population. Combined with the actual situation of rice harvesting in Wuchang City, the above scheduling theory was applied. The experimental results showed the validity and feasibility of the scheduling model and the algorithm.

Abstract Technical support of producers of agrarian products has always been and will remain a topical issue in realities of agrarian sector of Ukraine. In recent years, integrated forms of agricultural enterprises have become more widespread, which make it possible to increase and renew a machine-tractor park of their participants. In course of study four main technologies of soil cultivation and their impact were considered, an amount of necessary machinery and equipment, energy and labor costs, and impact on quality indicators of soil health. Also, main organizational forms of enterprises that provide equipment rental services or perform fieldwork were analyzed. Proposals were made regarding a merger of existing enterprises into agro technical centers, which would increase an efficiency of their functioning and cover functions of regional self-government. Also, the most common forms of machinery usage by agricultural enterprises were considered.

The experience of cultivation of soybeans in SC "Agricultural machinery" of the Kaluga region on an area of 190 hectares shows that the soybean variety Alaska is sufficiently adapted to the soil and climatic conditions of this region, provides a high seed yield (up to 32 c / ha) and a high yield (up to 1344 kg / ha) relatively inexpensive protein. However, this variety has a long growing season (95-105 days) and therefore desiccation of crops is required for harvesting for seeds.
