Wine has historical importance to the Moldovan economy. Since the 18th century, it is noted, this commodity has contributed to revitalizing the export market and has prospered many workers. It’s not enough to stop there. Wine also plays a role in lifting Moldova’s status because it is an inspiration for other countries that have similar potential in rural areas. The goal of this research was to identify how large the land size, seed, and labor are for the productivity of wineries in Moldova with 2 models. We intend to examine and explain the relationship between independent and dependent variables using panel data in 5 regional units (Bălţi, Chisinau, Bender, Gagauzia, and Transnistria). The analytical tool used is a multiple regression through SPSS software. Empirical findings produced are that there is a positive significant influence on land size and labor on productivity, while the seed has a negative-significant effect.. This discovery also resulted in an important experience, which is regulated to stimulate the productivity and potency of wine through the relaxation of the agrarian sector.

A comprehensive subtropical fruit potential model (IUM) was established through novel integration of groundwater resources with multi-criterion predictive parameters. Equal-weights overlay was applied to reclassified and ranked rasters to institute IUM. Avocado and litchi had the least spatial extent that concealed the micro-climatic zones of high rainfall (>1000 mmpa) in Vhembe, Mopane, and Waterberg districts; meanwhile, mango and citrus were the crops with the most extensive province-wide distribution. Subsequent potential was apportioned in these sequences by constituency: Waterberg (1719019 ha), Mopane (977741 ha), Vhembe (764044 ha), Capricorn (579506 ha), and Sekhukhune (379968 ha). The IUM resulted in the demarcation of 8.7 million ha to produce the selected crops, which reflected an increase of 7.7 million from the rainfed suitability model. The integrated model would result in the creation of 10.87 million direct employments. The IUM expanded the agrarian sector with positive spinoffs for agribusiness development.

Implementations of innovations in the agrarian sector would contribute to better risk management in the sector. Through the new achievements of science and the use of innovative methods and technologies, the stability of the sector can be increased as the farmer will be able to control the crisis processes and minimize unforeseen circumstances that can cause damage to the production in the farm. The purpose of the report is to identify and classify innovative practices and models to minimize the risk in the agrarian sector, particularly those suitable for small farms, and to summarize with the help of a survey of farmers' attitudes towards introducing innovations in their farms through which to limit the risk. The publication is based on the results of Project NI-16/2018 "Integrated approach to risk management in the agrarian sector" and is part of the dissemination of dissertation results in the field of innovation.

Abstract. The systemic development of the agrarian sector of the regional economy is balanced (i.e., corresponding to the ideas about the optimal structure and proportionality of the agrarian subsystem of the regional socio-economic system) development of the subjects. The systemic development of the agrarian sector of the regional economy needs strategic management, which must meet the requirements of the following basic principles: complexity; parity of group, intragroup and regional interests; consistency; purposefulness; efficiency; optimality. Strategic guidelines for systemic development and management of the agricultural sector of the region's economy must be justified taking into account the impact of the level of resource potential usage, namely fixed capital by agricultural enterprises. It is proposed to evaluate and present in the form of a model the impact of changes in the multitude of selected factors in the set of indicators of efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises with the help of correlation-regression analysis. It is noted that the cost accumulation of fixed capital is inappropriate without assessing and reviewing the quality, quantity and need for available capital in the agricultural sector. The need to attract additional funds for the formation of fixed capital and the impact of the value of available fixed capital on performance indicators in terms of major agricultural sectors have been justified, namely: separately in crop production, mixed specialization and livestock. Sustainable balanced development of the region is a development aimed at achieving the goals of the subjects of the regional economy on parity basis and ensuring their stable functioning in the long term on the basis of continuous innovation improvement, while maintaining and improving the economic, social and environmental situation Keywords: management; strategy; resource potential; agricultural sector; market; competitiveness; livestock; crop growing. It was found that investment funds at a rate of 1% (p <.01) plays a statistically significant role in increasing the profitability of farms from production activities. It is scientifically justified to increase the amount of investment funds involved in the activities of farms by 1 unit, which will increase the amount of income from activities by 22.6%. In the case of an increase in the profit received from the production activities of farms, the investment amount is increased by 1 percent (p<.01) statistically important significance was determined. The aim of the work is to establish effective state instruments of development of entrepreneurial activity in the agrarian sector of Ukraine. For the realization of the purpose was used a number of economic-mathematical methods of analysis by panel data of EU and OECD countries for the period 1986-2020: regression modeling of relationships between the total value of agrarian production and total support, rendered to agrarian sector, types and structural volumes of such support; regression dependence statistics, methods of comparative analysis and graphics analysis. The results allowed us to establish that the change in the total production value of the agrarian sector by 96,79% is determined by the types and structural volumes of state support provided to the agrarian sector. For the development of entrepreneurial activity in the agrarian sector of Ukraine it is advisable to activate state support of knowledge and innovation system, infrastructure of agrarian sphere and optimize measures of inspection and control, significantly prevail among the tools of domestic regulation of the agrarian sphere.
