Copper/cuprous oxide nanocomposites were electrodeposited on a fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO) glass substrate for sensitive determination of hydrogen peroxide.
Cu2O was synthesized by a wet-chemical approach, and Pd electrocatalysts supported on cuprous oxide (Pd/Cu2O) and Vulcan XC-72 (Pd/C) were synthesized. The Pd/Cu2O catalyst comprised copper oxide and metallic Cu, improving the catalyst activity for H2O2 electroreduction.
A facile one-pot hydrothermal assembly approach was developed to prepare a novel three-dimensional macroporous graphene wrapped Cu2O composite (3D-p-rGO–Cu2O) for the electrochemical detection of H2O2.
