Currently, energy saving and consumption reduction has been a crucial task the domestic people are facing with. It has been considered as essential question in the field of building materials to research and develop a new energy saving building material. In this paper, we classified new wall material and thermal insulation material, analyzed the performance, feature and application of such materials, selected typical foam concrete and slurry insulation material and analyzed their thermal properties and technology parameters and so on, to present the development trend and direction of energy saving building material, to provide valid scientific data to relevant building energy saving management units, design units and construction units, to play a positive guiding role in improving the application level of new energy saving building material and promoting new energy saving building material of high quality.

At present, people pay more attention to the energy consumption of building electrical design, the use of energy-saving design can maximize the energy conservation resources, and ultimately increase the pace of social sustainable development. Therefore, the energy-saving designers involved in the need to follow the economic rational, safe and feasible benchmark to select the appropriate energy-saving measures to increase research and development of new technologies, new products and new energy, the concept of sustainable development to be implemented. For the volatility and intermittency of intermittent new energy like wind power, traditional dispatch model and technology are severely challenged. According to the characteristics that the prediction accuracy of wind power increases as time scale increases, this paper presents a multi-time scale active power dispatch model based on the traditional dispatch model, and proposes an active power dispatch hierarchical predicting control method on the base of model predictive control and multilevel hierarchical control during industrial control course. Finally, it gets the online rolling dispatch model and strategy for the access of intermittent energy.

New energy saving windows with heat-reflecting shields are well known, but their practical use requires that they should be integrated into the automated system of controlling heat supply in buildings, and the efficiency of their use, as well as the existing energy-saving measures must be determined. The study was based on the results of field tests of windows with heat-reflective shields in a certified climate chamber. A method for determining the required minimum indoor air temperature in setback heating mode using heat-reflective shields in windows has been worked out. An automated system of controlling heat supply in buildings using heat-reflecting screens has been developed.
