Objective. This research aimed to explore the application of a mathematical model based on deep learning in hospital infection control of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pneumonia. Methods. First, the epidemic data of Beijing, China, were utilized to make a definite susceptible-infected-removed (SIR) model fitting to determine the estimated value of the COVID-19 removal intensity β, which was then used to do a determined SIR model and a stochastic SIR model fitting for the hospital. In addition, the reasonable β and γ estimates of the hospital were determined, and the spread of the epidemic in hospital was simulated, to discuss the impact of basal reproductive number changes, isolation, vaccination, and so forth on COVID-19. Results. There was a certain gap between the fitting of SIR to the remover and the actual data. The fitting of the number of infections was accurate. The growth rate of the number of infections decreased after measures, such as isolation, were taken. The effect of herd immunity was achieved after the overall immunity reached 70.9%. Conclusion. The SIR model based on deep learning and the stochastic SIR fitting model were accurate in judging the development trend of the epidemic, which can provide basis and reference for hospital epidemic infection control.

Introduction: The respiratory system, as one of the most important organs of the human body is affected by adverse health effects and consequences of particulate matter. The main purpose of recent study was to determine the occupational exposure to workers to crystalline silica and inhalable dust and determine its health risks. Methods: In this analytical cross-sectional study, sampling was performed in an industrial unit producing China Clay based on standard methods and individual and environmental sampling methods. Then the obtained data analyzed by SPSS software version 22 .The risk assessment of occupational exposure of workers to crystalline silica was carried out based on the proposed EPA procedure. Results: The average exposure of workers to inhalable dust and crystalline silica was measured 4.46±1.34 mg/m3 and 0.57±0.10 mg/m3, respectively. The mean environmental concentration of the inhalable particles was 6177.71 µg/m3 (range: 4088.30- 8289.70 µg/m3). In all occupational groups the risk of cancer was obtained less than 10-6. Hazard quotient (HQ) values ​​for operator one (5.34) and two (4.79) crusher machine, crusher machine loading operator (8.49), dryer operator (1.91), slurry operator (3.01) and filter press operator (1.78) was more than permissible limit. Conclusion: The average concentration of inhalable dust and crystalline silica was more than permissible limit in this industry. According to the results of the risk assessment, the priority of serious control actions is necessary to reduce the risk of non-cancerous complications in the crushing, drilling, slurry and filter press occupational groups.

The demand for Indonesian opah fish as an export product is increasing in the international market. Three countries (Malaysia, Mauritius, and Taiwan) recorded as the leading export destination of Indonesian opah fish. However, as the fish kept in a frozen state during export transportation, the endogenous formaldehyde may increase over time. This research presented the health risk assessment of population in the leading export destination countries that consumed opah fish from Indonesia. The study aimed to reveal the most potential export destination country that may accept an increasing volume of opah fish supply from Indonesia. The potency was determined from current export volume, the amount of endogenous formaldehyde content, and fish consumption at each country. The data were calculated with @Risk®7.0 software. The results showed opah fish consumed by Malaysian can be categorized as safe. Increasing the number of opah fish imported by Malaysian as much as six times, 12 times, 18 times, 27 and 36 times relatively does not cause health risks related to the presence of its endogenous formaldehyde. Moreover, opah fish consumed by Taiwanese is also safe, but with increasing the number of consumptions by more than 26 times is suspected to be potentially causing a health problem. However, opah fish consumed in Mauritius was categorized as unsafe and potentially caused health risks. Based on these results, Indonesia may consider to increase the opah fish export to Malaysia and Taiwan in the future.
